How do you keep fistula's away?

im going to be starting remicade this week, and im very excited for how it may help my fistula, but im worried that even if the fistula heals that it may come back. does any one have any positive experience with how to keep a fistula at bay?

I have not had a re-occurance of any fistulas since starting Remicade....

sounds good remicade date got pushed to this thursday so im very excited for this fistula to go away. i just hope it works out for me
