well we are nearly out of water, had to get to tank loads, and today the house water pump burnt out, we are heading to kati on friday via taupo. kiwi fruit time

Cleaning day. So really dont think I win.
But.. My ex-boss called me yesterday and they can offer me a 2-3 month job for one of their employees is sick. FUN!
 
Yeah I will. I know the company and I get to work part time so it should be good. I am pretty exited to be honest.

I'm going to complain more. I get to have a five day video " ambulatory" eeg at the end of the month. not in the hospital like last year (thank God), but electrodes stuck to my head recording my brain waves night and day twenty four/seven. Also, I will have almost every waking and sleeping moment video recorded.:eek2:
 
Oh, but hon, that's got to be much better than having to be at the hospital for it. Would get old, 24/7 for sure, I know what you are saying.
 
it is much better than the hospital, and at least I can get up to go to the bathroom without somebody with me this time. :) I just don't want to be video recorded with it. I'm a very private person, believe it or not. I like my ALONE time.
 
I understand that very well. I won't go have a sleep study done because I don't want to do it at the hospital. I can NEVER sleep there anyway. It'd be more accurate done at home.

Yes it is more accurate at home. Although I'm complaining, that is the idea, to get more info to stop these #&$6+=&4(==&!==( seizures.
 
Mine would just be for sleep apnea, they are pretty certain I have it, my terrible sinus problems, lol. Deviated septum.
 
can you imagine what Robert would be caught picking or scratching if he were video recorded that long?

That is sad for someone as young and thin as you. often it is a weight issue. breathing really does help, though.

i went to the doc yesterday, she said im looking younger, but i still felt 90 this morning.

I'm glad your appointment went well ( with at least how you appear). I feel 109 when Doug works, comes home and cooks dinner because I can't manage to move. I'm working on reversing that, though.

Teresa - can I have some of your youth?
 
Sandy, I appreciate that remark, but I used to feel so much younger I'm afraid. It has been a rough year so far. I mean as far as pain goes. My energy comes and goes. I do good for awhile and then Bam! I don't know what the heck it is anymore! Taking my supplements. Hi GJ! How are you today?:hug:

that is the problem with a lot of illnesses, T, " but you look so good..."

I get that a lot too. "Oh you look so good! You have lost so much weight! How could you be sick!" Which is true, I used to be overweight and even after this surgery I lost about 10-15 more pounds. I few people have told me they don't recognize me any more. So I kinda take it as a complement!

Good for you GJ! I wish I could lose weight, but not the way you have!!!

Jamie, I was just reading on Humira club and a girl named Mary could really use your input on humira and I don't know about it so, could you pop over and respond when you have time.?:)
 
Yep! And from what they tell me, it is not going to be an easy trip. Within the past few years govt funds have run out, and sadly many of the people living there still don't have homes. So they are now relying on volunteer groups to help these people get their lives back togehter. It is really a sad situation.

Yes, a group from my church was supposed to go out there too. Not sure when tho. We had a big group go to Haiti after the earthquake there and they opened a light house for people over there where they could get med supplies and food ,etc... We sent a whole barge of suppies from people all around this area that donated needed items. Even a car!!!:)
 
My win, hard day for my body today, something isn't right so I got my bloods done. Right side abdo pain quite intense, but all gone now. Time to enjoy the win :)
 
Good morning. I am aff to see Baby boy today. And do some silly errnds like get a visa fto India for my mom. Hope it wont take all day.

You'll be in my state then! And yes, it's a very sad situation. So much devastation. Last year, my daughter's senior year, for the annual school play, the kids collaborated and wrote a play about what happened in Joplin, and then donated 100 percent of the ticket sales to Joplin. The play was awesome, emotional, had me in tears many times.

Yeah my mom and some friends are going to India for a couple weeks in April. My step dad is from there and they have some family wedding comming up so off they all go. :) The friends are just tagging along since they want to see india and mom and stepdad know their way around.

Baby boy was so cute today. He is growing fast. He gets a name at easter so exiting to know what it will be.

Now out with the dog. Poor thing had a long day alone. But hes pretty good even with them.
