OK, casserole is in the oven and if I don't go downstairs, i will forget it and burn it. That's what happens when I get on this forum!!!:dance:

In my mind, it would not just be a coincidence. It really would be a miracle, and our Bug could really use some right now. What are the chancesTeresa's (and everyone's) prayers not having some affect? I'm not just saying this because i love my Angel Lady, i really believe God does answer prayers (sometimes not the direction we want, though, because He knows what we need more than we do.)
 
Sandy, I've read that also, and it's a fantastic reminder and read! Glad to hear someone else likes Mitch Albom books, I think he's a great writer.
 
It was a good reminder for me, on the other subject, to go back to the books. Our church has a book reading group and we read the first book, and i loved it. Read the second also. Need to go on...

I sure hope you feel better soon. It stinks to be sick, doesn't it?

Hi, I am knackered - just having a cuppa - but now I have 5 mini Christmas Cakes in the oven and 2 large ones. My friend has come and gone and we have planned her food for the day and another 7 days with 17 people coming to stay.:eek2:
 
Next I got to make carrot salad and dessert for tonight. Hubs is at golf. Girlfriend picking me up at 4.30 to take me to her house for tea where we meet up with the golfers. We will stay the night as its easier to drink that way.

No no no. 2183263401 is tje hospital. I'm room 312.
My room number is 2189991312. I do have stones. Gettin worse. I jave kidney blockage, which should not happen with a stent. And a have sedement in my pee from stones. Also shouldn't have. Boooo. Ugh. I dunno what tomorrow looks like tho. We shall see.

Hi, Talked to Jen for awhile this evening and she does have a stone still. The stent is blocked too, so she does need surgery. They are evaluating her for surgery tmoro because she is so sick. They are doing a chest xray she said.
I won't be around tmoro. Finally getting to see my Grandaughter. Call her those of you who knoe her. Thanx!!!:ghug:

I already did. How's Robert today? I'm trying to get my juicing down. I know i don't like cucumber in the juice, but do like them plain.

Quick thoughts friends. My kidney is backed up, possibly full of stones. I'm peeing stones, and blood. The drs here are doing nothing, including controlling pain. I have a stent in and none of this should be happening. Their objective has been to control my pain over the weekend. They can't even manage that. I've just been playing the waiting game. I went from 100mgs of fentnyl once an hour, to 2 mgs od dilaides every 4 hrs. Its like giving me an effin baby asprin. They're doing nothin!!! Wtf??!!! What do I do??!!!! My mom is irrate. I javent seen the doc yet today. What do I do...

Life is a bit iffy at the moment but trying to keep my head above water and gather strength to travel to England for Christmas and New Year with the family., in St Albans and maybe Devon.
GI appointment for check up in a couple of weeks and to get the go ahead for travel.

I am giving a talk about cigars at a London college in a few weeks - they have their own Cigar, Cognac & Whiskey Society - the future is in good hands.

Oh... right ........ Well you scare me so you should be able to deal with the doctors okay. Keeping sticking up for yourself Marcia - ultimately everyone will act reasonably (too afraid of the lawyers these days).

I guess we all know being in hospital is pretty grim - just dig deep - soon be over - easy for me to say with a glass of wine in front of me.

You know we all wish you well though

I know you do, and that means the world to me. I have to get a lawyer. I didnt want to, I am not that type of a person. But I was just booted from the hospital with a kidney packed with stones, and while I am peeing straight blood, and puking it now too. Blood. Not pee!

It get hard to keep fighting for myself. Especially when they are fights I should not be having. I have letters to prove those tests are bogus! And yet...

You remember when I said I live in a small town with small town mentalities? Perfect example. I am now, forever a meth head in grand rapids mn.
