:medal1:I feel in a very generous mood, though. I will give the win to whoever wants it until I reclaim it tomorrow and at the last post. Eight p.m. and I am ready for bed. I did put on my medal because we all know that I am going to win.

already had my gallbladder out, female parts out, not feverish, so not appendicitis. prob just IBS.

Sandy is really hurting. It its the lower left quadrant, it is not the Terminal Ileum. I know she doesn't want to go to a doctor, but I think she needs to.

Doug, that is where Diverticulitis is located and it can burst. She really should go and get a scan done. I had it in 2005 and I can tell you the pain was like a knife. Plz make her go:heart::heart::heart:.

Doing ok. Fighting thru some pain n mild temp of 101° but hanging in there enough to get some house work done today. You?

You are all going to bed and I just woke up from evening avo nap - bloody jab hurt me the worst eva today! I got it out of the fridge and all - but it still hurt. so I went to bed and watched tv and read my kindle, fell asleep.

It's been busy here with hubs back all week. We did lots of gardening and were getting our Christmas post ready for hubs family. I took it to NZ post today and it was 40g over the weight and they wanted to charge me $11 per item not $3.40 - so I had to take them home and unwrap them and just stick them in the envelope with no wrapping and cards unwrapped. I told them they were taking away my Christmas joy - and left crying.

I'm blaming all the stress I'm under that's all. If i could get my life back in order since this lovely arrival, I'd b on the right track.
? 4 ya...
Isn't fever a symptom? Seems like I've had a continuous one pretty much since hospitalization in April. Is par for the course i guess. That n fatigue.

Yes it's a symptom, but should be checked out anytime a fever goes on too long. That is dangerous. The fatigue is normal too, but not all the time. A continuous flare needs to be addressed but that is my opinion?:thumright:

I can't believe what they charge now to mail things! They talked about closing our post office and we all signed petitions to keep it open. They are going broke they claim! HOW?

Robert what were you thinking when you made the rule, No pretty girls in the A team?

Well - pretty girls are allowed in - just not the ones with attitude. Wouldn't you hate to be in the B team ............ imagine the shame!

Well I think we should have a downunder club. There is no way that an A club and a B club would have anywhere near the fun and satisfaction that we would. :)

Yeah - great fun Dusty - sitting around watching your billabong boil, seeing whose pet kangaroo can jump the highest and always having sand in your pants. No you are better off as a junior member of the B team - by the way Trysha you are quite right about the name - but I am afraid the B team is full of hobbledehoys.

Trev you are a founder member of the A team - don't weaken now

You forget one important thing Robbie...Kylie is a fair dinkum member of the downunder club...hubba, hubba. :)

Oh my dear goodness!!!! It is 14° BELOW ZERO FARENHEIGHT!!!! IM FREEZING!!!!! Do you know hard it was to peel my body out of my nice warm bed this morning???!!! And for a drive to Mom's about an hour away...to cook another Thanksgiving meal?!!! Holy Hannah this is not right!

So...good morning all! Lol!!

Mmm, turkey dinner is comfort food so that will do you well J.bug. Family, food ... it will be a warm day in the end :O)

I went to bed early, fell asleep at about 4 am. Was a bust to even try! Dinners at moms.

Anybody hear an update on Sandy??? I will call her a lil later, but I'm pretty worried

Doug is supposed to let me know today J so I will let you and everyone else how she is, ok???:heart::heart:

Sending you good vibes!!! Member what I said, feel free to txt or call. This has been a lonb time comin now!!!! I'm excited for you! Is hubby comin?

Yes, hubby is coming. He has been sooo damn supportive through all this. Booked at a clinic in the midst of an outdoor shopping outlet mall so plan on some pre and post retail therapy if I'm up to it.

To all who are concerned,
Sandy went to work today and is feeling a little better. But still has pain, so keeping an eye on it. I'll keep you posted, ok?

Hi Peeps, just a thought, but wouldn't it be nice if we could all be on the same team ?Given all the strife in the world, and the important fact that we are all living under the shadow of the same infernal illness, wouldn't it be nice to get along. It's not as if we were going to have a sports day or anything !!! And it's got nothing at all to do with the fact that Himself won't let me in the A Team............I like to know who put HIM in charge. His self obviously.I mean who else would ? heeheehee

Agreed Carol!!!
Bug just reached her destination and it is below 0 there and she didn't want to get out of the truck!
Sandy is keeping an eye on things too for her own sake. I talked to her a few min. ago. She is still in pain.
We all can focus together on getting better instaed of warring between the factions:biggrin:;)

Oh, my mom was fantastic at crocheting and knitting, and I never wanted to learn. Now I wish I would have. I still have the last sweater she made me when I was in college, I wear it on the coldest winter days, it's soooo warm.

No shopping done, but on Thanksgiving we put up the icicle lights outside and the big inflatable Santa. Inside I have managed to get most of the fall decorations down and some lighted garland up, the tree will go up Tuesday night when Faith will be home to help decorate it as well. Jacob is chomping at the bit to get it up, lol!

Hi Sanni
Hope your job continues for you----lets stay positive and look forward to hearing
you have a promotion.
The "knitting" with one needle you mention I believe it is called crochet.
Feel better soon
Hugs
Trysha

Sandy was doing better this morning. She was wide awake at 6:30 a.m.. Must have got all the sleep she needed. Her work is not very labor intensive. She helps a special needs girl get housework done. Sandy just tells her what needs to get done and Lori does the work. Her pain is not too bad this morning.

We will get her into see the GP in the next few days. It is not the entire hospital here that Sandy hates, it is the Emergency Department. So our goal is to keep her out of there. That should be the goal at all times, but with things like her epilepsy and my crohn's disease, that is not always possible.

I really hope this is not diverticulitis, but Mama T is right, that does seem to fit the symptoms.

Me again!

Ah - I think there has been some kind of mistake Spinny. Did you not have the rules explained properly?

I am the winner - everyone is welcome to post on here but when I show up then I am afraid it is time to go. Might sound a little harsh - but rules are rules.

Robbie, dear, you are so delusional! LOL! Ladies and Gentleman...and Robert....we have our first official snow flurries of the season in the Show Me state today!

Hi Bee!
Glad to see you back and ok!!! Hope it stays that way! I just got my outside decorations done. I don't put up lights but everything else is done YAY! I WIN FOR THAT!!!

Downing glass after glass of golytely....WIN :rof:

What is Pancolitis?

The worst kind of UC

from wikipedia

Pancolitis is a form of Ulcerative Colitis that is very severe. Pan refers to the fact that the disease is spread throughout the large intestine. This is from the Cecum to the Rectum of the individual. Symptoms are very similar to those of any Ulcerative Colitis patient except more severe in nature. Additionally, people with pancolitis have a much greater risk of developing Colon Cancer. This is especially true when a patient has this chronic form of the disease for a great length of time, i.e. ten years and more.

I believe that all things are possible with God...
Don't lose hope or think you are doomed with this forever. Tell your body it is healed from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet everyday, In Jesus name. Faith can move mountains. I hope you believe.

To be honest though, my case doesn't seem to be THAT bad....or maybe I'm just used to it. As long as I stay up to date with my scopes and whatnot, i'll be fine!

I've had it for 11 years, and while I have no religious affiliation I appreciate the support :ysmile:

and I must be getting back to chugging my golytely!

I will be back after my scope, hoping for good results! peace out people :D

One last win for the night. taught my friends how to Crochet (thanks everyone for the word) a basket. She got hers done.. I only got mine to ½ ways. But I will finnish it off later. Actually I now have 2 half ways done. :D

Winning by a mile! Got my vacuuming and dusting done, got fall decor. down and Christmas up outside. A load of whites in the wash. A bunch of stuff put away (clutter) and dinner started.:ytongue:I think I better quit before a crap out and pass out!:ylol2:

I'm fine, really. I would rather have this than a seizure any day. I really appreciate all your care and concern though. I know all of you deal with some of these things day in and day out. It is all of you I admire. I get a little headache or tummy ache and and I complain up a storm and get depressed. all of you deal with that's things sometimes daily and say nothing except "I win." I really learn a lot from the rest of you.

Thanks for being my friends. :Karl:
