I am leaving in U.S.A and My mom is in INDIA ( MUMBAI ) My mom had problem for her bowel from more than 25 year's and I found around 20 yrs back solution for her that was DHOTI YOG CHURAN which helped her lot for her constipation problem but now almost from year she is getting more issues of cold and other and when I started looking for what is reason , I found all this problems in people who are facing CROHN'S problem . Her 25 - OH VITAMIN D is only 4.2 Ng / Ml which is very low , she is 62 years old . Can someone please help me about this , as I learned from this forum only that Ayurveda is the best solution .

Hi ronroush7 I just saw Tagging Madhu in my message, did you sent any othere message which I cannot read ? Please let me understand how it is

Hi Bobby,

sad to hear about your mom... Honestly I think you must take her to a good gastrologist and get a complete check up done. If is crohns, it will show up in colonoscopy/ biopsy. Ayurveda too can help but first you need to diagnose what is th problem, all I can understand from your post is that the symptoms match with crohns disease. At this moment best woud be to visit a good doctor to diagnose if its crohns. If its crohns then first the target should be to control the inflammation and stabilize her condition..then we can think about ayurveda.

Hi Bobby. Ron tagged me to see your post. I'm sorry about your mom. I am an Indian too, but living in USA. Like Sid said, right now its better to see a good GI to control her flare (if its Crohn's) and then think about Ayurveda to maintain remission. Good luck!
