Pregnancy with an iliestomy

Hey guys, so I just got married about a month ago and am looking ahead to the future. We plan to have a child in 2-3 years and if I still have my iliestomy, I'm a bit concerned about some things. First, how will I empty my bag when I'm super pregnant? I empty my bag by sitting on the toilet and emptying it between my legs. Would I have to squat in front of the toilet when I'm super pregnant? Second, do they make ostomy covers for pregnant bellies? I have one I use now, but it would not fit a big pregnant belly.
