Hi everyone,
I don't have Crohn's, but have a few friends and family members who do. My friend was diagnosed in high school and almost died. He went from being the strongest, hardest-working guy to wasting away in just a few months. Luckily, he's made a full recovery and manages the disease completely naturally now.
What's most amazing, and what I'd really like to mention to you all, is that he and another friend biked across Canada a couple summers ago to raise awareness and money for Crohn's. They filmed their entire adventure and have made over $80,000 to date!
I highly recommend checking out Greg and Vin's film, Rubber Side Down (I'm not allowed to post a link on here? You'll have to Google it, sorry!), not only for the empowering message of what two guys on their bikes can do, but also for the beautiful scenery our country has to offer.
