SCD London/Paris

I'm going to be traveling in London and Paris this summer and wondering if anyone does SCD/Paleo in those places and might have tips on stores and restaurants? I will be staying in places with kitchens, so mostly planning to cook and pack food like I usually do..but any insider tips would be much appreciated!

Google paleo in those locations you are visiting and you will find a huge number of SCD legal foods and eateries

Yep been googling and have found some helpful lists...Just wondering if there are folks who have done it there that might have some additional insight.
