Will skyrizzi work if Stelara didn’t??

Would like to hear anybody who has had success with Skyrizzi versus Stelara. My son was on Stelara for about a year and became his worst ever ending up in the hospital for nine days. After a few years on Entyvio, his doctor wants to switch him to Skyrizzi. Wondering if this will work being is that it only covers one of the ILs.

It might work. I have personal experience only with Stelara, which fortunately has continued to work for me. But we have the model of the anti-TNF biologics: primarily Humira and Remicade. We have seen multiple instances right here on this forum of patients who succeeded on one of those drugs after failing on the other. So, if the anti-IL23 biologics behave similarly, there is every reason to hope that failure on one does necessarily mean failure on both.
