Burning rash on knee?

Hi everyone so i thought id ask anyone this question cos im so confused by this, for the last 2 and half months ive been getting this burning rash on my knees maybe about 3 times per week, it is a rash that kind of looks like heat rash but i dont do anything for it to heat up, its just on my knees and it sometimes goes slightly up my thigh, it is hot to touch and burns and maybe after an hr or so it goes back down, i went to a&e with this around 2 months ago as i was in such pain that i couldnt stretch my leg and bend it they said it was patellar tendonitis but sometimes its fine to walk on, it just comes and goes, have any of you ever experianced this?

I often get a rash similar to what is pictured below (WARNING: slightly icky... not as bad as some of the others I found when searching eczema but I thought I would give the disclaimer anyways).

I consider this eczema. It usually is hoter than the rest of my body and sometimes you can really feel the heat difference.

I could not really find any pictures of patellar tendonitis, but your mention of a heat rash made me think of what I have. These symptoms are usually seen as responses by the body to inflammation.

There is nothing I really do that fully resolves the problem, however I find that a steriod-based cream can help in the short-term. Less effective but less harmful is a 100% shea butter lotion I have. It is the best non-medication lotion I have had success with.

I had that burning rash on my knees and....

It was hot to touch and sore to walk on was really red but that was when i was on Humira so if you are on that, that maybe why
