I finally got the strawberry box done. Now the birds and cats can't get into my goodies.
Glad to have you back and I wish the best for everyone.Hey everyone, how have all of you been? I've got a little time before I leave for the hospital for my MTX infusion, so thought that it'll be good to catch up with you guys ^^
My preliminary exams were over last week, so I've got a week of school without tests before the actual mid-year exams start. Following that would be a month-long school holiday (my school calls it a study break), and the mid-year exams would continue once school reopens *groans*
Anyways, glad to be back

I'm floating around, Cmack. Just so ya know.
How did Sandy's dental work go?
Tomorrow is infusion day for us. Ever since he was put on the 4 week schedule, it's like we are living in the hospital. So many visits
I feel you, Madhu. I've got hospital visits at least once a week, twice a week if I'm seeing the GI doc or the dietitian and I can't get my jabs scheduled on the same day. I've burned through 11 appointment cards now :')
Hope the Entyvio works miracles for you Ron
Have a good weekend, everyone. Tomorrow is infusion day for us. Ever since he was put on the 4 week schedule, it's like we are living in the hospital. So many visits
My husband is the patient, Jane. He started at 10 mg/kg 8 weeks apart. Then as he felt better, he was brought to 5 mg/kg 8 weeks apart. He has always had them 8 weeks apart since July 2015 until March 2017 when his crohn's came back. We were lucky he had an infusion scheduled right at the time he was flaring, so we were able to catch it quickly. Apparently the 8 week schedule doesn't work for him. So now he is on 10 mg/kg 4 weeks apart. It's probably going to be a while before the gap increases again.I know what you mean. Has it always been a 4 week schedule? Were you ever at 8 weeks apart? How long have you been on again. Sorry for so many questions.
Hope it works for you, Ron. You really deserve a break!Had my first dose of Entyvio today.
Ooh, I feel you too. Our lives were like that during diagnosis. We were regular visitors to the GI, colorectal surgeon, Infectious Diseases specialist and infusion center. Multiple times a week. Oh joy I hope it improves for you, cyy. Not the best situation especially for a student!I feel you, Madhu. I've got hospital visits at least once a week, twice a week if I'm seeing the GI doc or the dietitian and I can't get my jabs scheduled on the same day. I second thatHappy mother's day to all the wonderful mothers here
I agree.I don't know how you can remain so cheerful, most of the time.:ghug:That goes for most of you,of course....Respect !!!!:thumleft:Trysha and Sandy it is amazing how you're standing and not curled up under your blankets and saying nope not coming out. Such strong women to deal with so much without breaking. Hugs and prayers.
Nice picture, Julie.
