I have been contemplating my navel in preparation for surgery June 3rd!

How's the navel looking?

I'm contemplating what are the travel and medical implications for the recently found duodenum issues.
 
'morning all.Just off out with Alf for walk no. 2.It's another warm day and we both struggle so we do little and often.

Long win Kirsten.What a quiet day.Alf's had his 3rd walk of the day and has been fed and is sound asleep on the rug.Hubby is trying v.hard not to doze off in his recliner,a losing battle no doubt.I'm going to catch up with some reading.I read every day but not for long enough.I love to read and to buy books.I've got at least 20 on the shelf that I'm really looking forward to.So I will grab the win and try to settle down for a while. TTFN
 
I haven't gone yet,been browsing this darn forum.Is it any wonder I can't get anything done.I've been catching up on peoples religious beliefs.Interesting.

I hate insomnia.I would like to sleep like my hubby or the dog.A solid 8hrs.

Freshly graduated from a four hour Preadmission session yesterday------
Quite an indoctrination on what is expected.,and what to expect and very tiring.

We are so fortunate to have gifted caring fellow human beings to remove and correct our ailments.
The robotic specialist surgeon I met with yesterday was very caring and quite explicit in what has to be done June 3rd.He said it may not be possible to do laparoscopic surgery.
Can't say I am not apprehensive but feel I could not be in better hands.
For now----WINNING............
 
It's good that you're feeling so positive Trysha.I really hope it all turns out well for you.You're obviously poorly and need this procedure so I hope you're going to be "as fit as a lop" (northeastern saying) very soon.x

But I will take the win none the less. hahaha
 
Wouldn't work, some people would cheat.I mean,to win a prize you'd have to PROVE you hadn't been.If it was how many times you WENT , then that might work.Who's going to be the judge ???

You know that's not true Wabbit.I can watch TV,post on this forum,chat to my hubby,gaze out of the window and scratch Alfies ears all at the same time.And they are the things I can mention on THIS thread.
