I agree and Doug, God is good!!!
Got a beautiful thankyou card from Jbug's hubs today and a memorial note from the funeral. It had the new pink rose picture on the front. A pic of her inside. Her Hub's thanked me for supporting Jen and being a good friend and I'm sure he would say the same to all of you if he could! I am grateful to have the memorial card. Saving it in my Bible....:hug::heart:

I get to go to our local science museum today with the special exhibit about body and intestines. I am going with a buch of crohnies.. the "youngster" of our local C&C assosiation. Its for under 30 year olds byt a coupl of us "seniors" are tagging along becayse we can. :ycool: Should be a fun day. :dance:

Actually Teresa, we don't get more daylight. It means I get to drive to work in the dark on Monday and have more daylight in the evening.

It is hard not to feel for those we have cared for, isn't it? We have kiddo #1 (Oto) here today, and have had a couple of spur of the moment visits from Ashley this week.

HappySaturday here Kirsty! Enjoying great weather here today! Sun and 40's. Tmro to be 60 yay! Too bad car broke down and is in garage. The other car needs and oil change really bad! Hubs procrastinates!!!:(
 
Right back atcha Bee! Leg is really bad but I do think it is from lower back. It feels like when I blew out a disc back in 99. The pain is the same. If this keeps up, I will have to do something. Couldn't finish shopping. Just got the things at Dollar General. Had to use my 5.00 off coupon for 25.00 purchase today.:hug:

it's amazing how if one thing goes out of kilter, everything else follows. give yourself a rest, it's okay.
 
I'm starting my second childhood. My kiddo has a model train hobby, and ... well ... I just bought one.
 
I ate chicken stripps and rested my leg. Didn't help yet. Definately nerve pain!

trains must be what caused it! do you live near a rail line T? this could be a disaster near railroads.
p.s. rest your leg for a few days or the nerve pain could come back if not healed enough. taking Oto home win.

Yes. Railroad is only 3 blocks down and I grew up with it in my backyard literally! The whole house shook when a train came by. It was nothing moving here, but took Mike forever to adjust!:hug:Night night! I'm goin to bed!

My weekend good some entertaining, lots of sleeping, allergies today, *** Friday so slept lots, did a little in garden. Great weather today eh?

All alone this sunday. So sitting here with the dog on my lap and it seems I wont be going anywhere for a while since he is fast asleep.

Good Morning idi! No church today! My old leg is not cooperating, but I think the pain is from me back laddi!:voodoo::voodoo::voodoo:
 
I feel like I have slept ½ the day. Fell asleep with the dog on my lap in the morning for a hour or more and just now had an other ½ hour nap. And I slept 8 good hours last night too. Not really normal for me.

Anyhow. Taking a win before agility. Hope I win there too. Well.. its not a competition (and i am the best in our grou anyways) lol (only because I have done it like 1 year longer then the others in my group) :D But a mental win there of the feeling of achivement.

Not that great of a training today. Too meny barking dogs and that made my dog a bit too nevous. He still did what was asked but usually he is exited and eager and now I knew he was scared. Dont like all the new dogs in the group I train in.. they owners dont have controll over them. :(

And I will eat a sadwich right now. :D With some tea.. and a protein drink. But I still wont gain any weight. ;)

And I take the win too!

I loved tonight's episode! David is one of my favorate Bible stories, so I am glad I was able to catch it tonight!
 
one of my favorite stories too. maybe after our Alaska cruise, we should go on a Holy Land tour.
 
Amen sister. I really want to go with my seminary becasue my OT Prof goes every year and he would have so much knowledge about the land. In fact, he has been so mnay times, he is a cretified tour guide.
