Louie texted back and said that he wasn't going to answer work's text to come in today. So I am going up at 3 now instead. I guess he's out with Mom somewhere now. I am happy I'll get to see him!:kiss:

Hi, it's sunday avo here now. I have just finished baking a double batch of speculaas - the dutch windmill biscuits. Off to ma and pa's for avo tea soon and it's hubbys bday today :dance:

Hi Sandy,how you doin'? I catch up on your posts so keep up to date with all your news.Usually when you're posting I'm tucked up in bed.Oh,I love going to bed.But I either have a sleepless night or I sleep moderately and wake up wishing I hadn't,if you know what I mean.I know waking is better than the alternative eh?Anyway Alfie wants another walk,so I'll just take the win thankyou.

She said yes which was good of course. Steelers play here at 4:20, can't wait to see them win again!!!:dance::dance::dance:

Hi Teresa,Ah I bet everyone was very happy in Church today,how nice was that ? Don't know what Robert will have to say about it though.........Alfie did enjoy his walk,'cos it wasn't raining.He gets 2 good walks and 2 little walks every day,no matter what the weathers like.It's something I've done for nearly 50yrs so it comes naturally to me.Even when I'm sick I go out with the dog,except when I've been in hospital of course,then I get back to it as soon as I can.Don't get me wrong,there are many many times I really don't want to but once out it's ok.then it's good to get back home.I've had some funny walks in the winter when it's icy.Taking the win before logging off.Enjoy your day x

Time for me, now Trev, what were you doing up and about so early on a Monday?

I've got to get my meds in there blister pack today - I get 4 weeks at a time. I also need to drop off my sharps. Then off to the post office.

Today I should get a move on with more recordings, but have just done breakfast and meds. Its a beautiful days here today

hi Kirsty and Teresa, just serviced the motorhome as we are heading off on wed, another trip to Tauranga to see the eye doc.will be away till the end of next month.

Hope your trip goes well. I'm going to stay at my sisters for a week dogsitting while they go on a 3 day Disney cruise and then to the park for 3 days. I enjoy her dog. She is a Newfoundland. Beautiful and she is so sweet.
Just love her!!!:) Be safe!!!

Hi Doug, to be honest I don't think I get this drug yet. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesnt. Some days I get down and depressed other days I am fine and happy. Basically I dont seem to know if I am coming or going:ylol2:

But, I wake up, do recordings in the morning and trademe in the afternoon - then cook dinner and watch tv and go to bed and do it all again the next day.

How do you find the drug?
 
In the refrigerator, ha ha! Both Doug and I fell asleep in a recliner in the living room, Doug woke me up so we could go to bed, and like lightswitch, he is out cold, but since I brought my phone back with me, I read the forum and make corny jokes. I will tell him in the morning you asked.
 
Popping in for the win folks.Have you noticed that some of the newbies don't stay long?they're probably confused by us or Roberts scared them off.Shame really,we could do with some new blood to keep us on our toes.

Bit miserable here - I can report that Marks & Spencer in Ipswich do not have beetroot - but they do have wine - so it's not all bad.

Actually Cheryl & Teresa are quiet today - let's hope they have gone for good this time

Oh my,you will suffer for that..........and what you doin' buying veg at M&S.? I don't know.Do you get your carrots there too.Whats wrong with the greengrocers.Use it or lose it,as you might already know.Don't know if you have Morrisons down there,loads of beets.Tesco sometimes don't though.:soledance:

It's been a horrible day weather wise,cold windy and wet and more tomorrow.I'ts getting dark now,a bit early, but the grey sky has a lot to do with it.I'm taking the win before I go get my pjs on.Have a good day all of you x
 
Sleep well Carol! It's our last sunny day this week possibly, the next 4-5 have chances of rain. I hate too many cloudy days in a row, my body must be solar powered.

Did you ever have to deal with these foreigner's who answer phones for companies to remedy the problem? (No offense Robert).
I have a tracfone and suddenly one day it says "unregistered sim" and the phone quit working. Right after we bought minutes and put them on the phone. I didn't have a clue as to why. I looked up the # to call online and they route you overseas to the Phillipines or somewhere like that. I talked to this girl for a half hour and she told me a new sim card would be delivered within 2 weeks. I waited now a month. Called them back today and they tell me it was delivered in August!!! I am livid. I tell them no it wasn't! She says she's sorry she will send out a new one, but it took another half hr. 2 people to verify all my information again. I swear they just want you to hang up and bye a new phone. If I have to call them back again, I'm afraid of what I might say. God forgive me, these people are clueless. I found out they let a girl get her phone turned back on and she had my number before me.(A year ago). So suddenly, my sim card stopped working. I tryed to explain that to these people and they don't get it. The reason I know this is, my son inlaw to be called my number and talked to the girl. Sorry for the book. Needed to vent!!!!!!:stinks:

It said on this sight I look at that England (UK) had some sort of weather event and also Scottland.

My, everyone has been busy today! Teresa, that is why I hate outsourcing. Also, I can't believe Doug put that disgrace of a game score (Utes) on this forum. Carol, I used to be like you, couldn't care less, and never, I mean never would have guessed before Doug that I would take an interest in sports, especially football, and college level at that. If somebody said I would take an interest, I would have laughed, and I mean laughed in their face. Sigh. I don't know what happened. Also, sorry everyone. We have the perfect weather here. A cool crisp mid sixties. My kind of weather. Partly cloudy and a little breeze. And Robert, all I can say is that when I was growing up my cousins, the twins, Robert and David, were the biggest trouble makers then too.
