Oh, wow! That is scary. It's interesting how certain things seem to connect, isn't it?
Speaking of, Ashley is for sale again.

Oh, you know, the usual, sleep and have a seizure. I think. Can't remember.

Oops! I asked Doug, and he said no seizures today. They are blurring. Did in the night. Two or three yesterday. No seizures today ? No wonder i had energy for cooking dinner.

I saw this lady today in a witches costume, you wouldn't believe how truly scary it looked. It gave me the willys!! Alot of people and companies were having parties early because of the storm coming and also trick or treat was changed too!

What did you make?:D

Ha ha! I was replying when somebody PM ed me and i lost my place. In regard to that other message, i hope not too! He he ha ha ha ha ha he

I hope everyone will be safe with the storm approaching. I will be thinking of my States buddies.

:biggrin:loves ya

I forgot to mention there was a 7.7 earthquake up near Canada this morning and a tsunami warning was sent out to Hawaii. Then one in California of 3.9 today! Some kind of judgment on our country because of people who are supposed to be Christians, but living in sin and being hipocrates my preacher said this morning. He said, it isn't the unchristians who are causing it it is the ones who say they are and have turned from the way they should be living. It was really good.

I'm glad I'm not in the path at all, but i worry for those that are. Gotta go, Doug wants my attention to watch "Men in Black II." Don't ask me why i like it, but i do! The beginnings are always really fun, no matter what.

I think we will be okay Kirsty. We will catch alot of rain, it is New York city and New Jersey and Philadelph:ywow:ia about 5 hrs. from me that are getting the worst of it.

I think that the world is just getting a little older so - it needs to creak and groan like my joints do - a sign of age really:biggrin:

Talk to you tomorrow Sweetie bee!!! Love!!!:ysmile:

I hope thats all it is but I think the times we are living are so bad, that the good Lord is sending messages to get it back to the way it was!

It's ad and i can reply. Just saw this and my nephew and his two kids and very lovely wife live in Hawaii. Any time there is any evacuation there, they get evacuated. Hope they are okay

Sailing through wind and rain to claim the win
(weather is getting bad here....)

Here too Trysh! Did you feel the earth move where you live?
We will be getting the worst of Sandy tomorrow and Tues. You probably will be too. Hang on to your hat!!!!

Hawaii is fine! 50 aftershocks off coast of Canada, British of Columbia.:(
No major damages reported tho so that's good news!

Hi Teresa
yes it is going to be bad tomorrow and Tuesday +
Did not feel any earth movements though.
Stay safe
I have an orthopedic appointment tomorrow---can't reschedule since I have already done that once in August when I had too many appointments and the ICU episode.
Not looking forward to it, I had reports the surgeon is not people friendly---we'll see

I wouldn't even worry about that. You are so nice you could make anyone's temperment change for the better!
You stay safe too. I have my gastro appt. on Wed. We can trade stories!
Be careful out there and watch for trees on the road!!!:ghug:

Thanks Teresa. Although most of Hawaii is pretty low, my nephew lives in one of the worst spots for any risk of tidal problems. Thanks for telling me. 7.7 is a pretty hefty earthquake. I've really just about had it with Ashley. I just love reactive attachment disorder. Not.

False alarm Sandy, just pain... Ouch!!!:eek:Some of the worst I've ever had.:yfaint:Except when I had the diverticulitis!!!:ymad:

Just pain is almost worse. You can't get rid of any of it with a trip down the hall. I'm so sorry. In fact, that makes it worse. I woke up Ashley and sent her down the hall for a different reason. She left a smelly mess and i had her go clean it up (per foster agency's instructions.) Then when she only cleaned half of her problem, i woke her up and sent her back again. She was mad at me because i was mad at her. Makes no sense does it? But that is Ashley.

I'm glad they are making her clean it up! I would be gagging. I had to do that for the elderly lady I took care of, but she only had an accident once in a great while. She wore depends but sometimes she still would manage a mess.
I felt sorry for her because she was more embarrassed by it than I was grossed out. She never wanted me to see her naked, then she had to get over that. It was sad...
Wonder where j.bug is, she was supposed to come home today. Oh I told you that huh?

I am good. Tomorrows' injection day, so that means I will be sleping most of the afternoon tomorrow.

We took the students out reverse trick or treating tonight. It was a blast! You ask for can goods not candy, then when they give you the can goods you give the homeowner candy. I am taking all of the food to a local food pantry tomorrow. I think we collected about 100 or more cans! yea!

Hi GJ, and Teresa, if either are still up. Just had to say hi, and goodnight. I'm soooo tired. I won't check back probably, but wanted both of you to know you are cared about. Gotta go take my omeprazol, etc. and get some shut eye before work tomorrow. Teresa, stay out of that dip, and i will too. Ouch! I'm glad i didn't have any cake around me anywhere today. Hope your dad had a good day, Teresa. Jamie, stay the sweet soul you are!

Kirst, Doug said he felt better after his injection. Then he goes to work with a bunch of people in state offices, which has a lot of public coming in and out. I don't know how he does it either. Do you feel better after injections, but afraid of dealing with public (rightfully so)? Or do your injections make you feel worse? I can never tell how Doug will feel from day to day. I know has a big burden with his illness, my problems, and feeling like he has to provide for our family.

Thanks for that Sandy, I just have a job interview a week Thursday - if i get it then I may need to catch the train to work and then in a high rise building. I just seem to catch infections so quickly, and just seeing how other people cope with Humira, Aza, pred and working full time.

I get tired, I feel weak - not bad just tired and weak.

G'day, :)

Hope all is well in the Northern Hemisphere with the weather and the earthquakes.

GJ - how do you cope with your injection and work? Do you work full time?

No, my job is not full time (but it feels like it is) and I am able to set my own schedule. Mondays are usually my day off from work, so that is when I inject. However, I have to get a few things done for work tomorrow, but I should be done around 3:00, so I will just inject when I get home. Not sure if that helps your situation, but, that's what I do.

Hi Dusty - how you doing? I feel fortunate living at the end of the world - our weather person keeps explaining why we dont get big storms as our water is too cold!

Hey Aura! :)

I'm okay, a touch of the dreaded lurgy but middling in the scheme of things.

 I bet you do! We don't get them either where I am. Too far south and too far inland! The most we have to deal with is the odd hail storm and rain depression.

The begining maybe?

Hi Robert, going to bed, stayed up just to say hi to all you UK'ers!
Actuallyrough night from eating bad things at Dad's 78th birhtday bash.
Was great except the aftermath. You all have great fun, but be good and keep it clean!:rof:

Your storm is the main news story over here - plenty of coverage. Hurricane Sandy - if it were Hurricane Trysha it would not be as wild

Fingers crossed it stays that way Teresa!

Listen to Teresa and behave yourself Robbie...tch, tch.

Sandy will like that one!!! I'll be sure she sees it. Talk to you all tomorrow unless I cant sleep. Then you'll have to put up with wired out Teresa!

Hey Tersea - There was an American Football game at Wembley last night - 86,000 sell out!

who played? The one next year is our season opener!
Steelers kicked butt again today. 27-7:dance::ylol2:
ok I better try to sleep anyway! Gnight all! Loves and hugs!:)

Sleep well Teresa - be thinking of you being safe and dry.

Hey Robert - how you doing?

Hello Kirsty - is it true - you are being forced to do real work this week - try to be nice to the people. I am going to make vegetable stew later this week - looking forward to doing it as well.

I was just thinking i had been a little harsh with you lately. I'm sure you are right about the fact that it would be much milder if it was hurricane Trysha, but then it wouldn't even be a hurricane, it would be a sunny day.

Teresa calmed me down, blame her.

Really going to bed now.
Zzzzzz

Yeah Robert - I'm doing 45 hrs of real work this week.  and I get paid too:dance:   that is so good! we have been living of the smell of an oily rag for sometime now.

Good for you! Although I am self employed and I can do most of my work from home - by far the best part is working in London meeting real people.

Loves you all and will be missing you from now until I find internet again

Look after each other:lol2:

Hello Everybody---nice to see you are all in fine form today.
Thank you for your comment Robert-- my way is a gentle breeze wafting through the trees, cool glades to fan the glen... and not outrageous hurricanes or destructive tornadoes.
My way is for Peace and Quiet.Sunny porch good book and a nice cup of tea.
Our weather in Southern Ontario is getting a little wilder, rainy, windy---
it hastens the pace when walking up the road.
The worst is forecast for tonight and tomorrow.
I have to go out tomorrow and would rather not.
It is for an urgent dental appointment not to be missed----tooth in hazardous condition!! Hope it can be saved.
Cheers!
Trysha

Hi Trisha,
It was raining slowly all night. Now it is pouring nonstop, but the winds have not gotten bad yet. I guess they are predicting it to come soon. I'm supposed to go clean at my sister's tomorrow and am hoping I will be able to get there. Flooding projected everywhere. Hope you fair well where you live and are under his protection sweet girl! Loves!!!

My turn to win.

Big day for me to morrow. I have been going to psykotherapy for the last two years mainly to learn how to deal wiht being sick and what the ilnes has teken from me and try and still be part of the society. So for two years I been going there 2 times a week. Tomorrow is the last time. Not sure rather to be happy or scared. lol

How is jBug doing by the way? Hope she is feeling better and recovering.

Hi Sanni, You will do just great, I know it. Don't ever be afraid, you are a winner in every way! If you ever need an ear to bend you can PM me. I am a good listener and will help when I can!
J.bug texted me yesterday and said she was going to be released. But I haven't heard from her since? I texted again last night. Hope to hear from her today. I'll let you know if I do! Be happy hon!! You are getting better everyday!!!:heart::heart::kiss:

Thanx Teresa. If I look back two years my life has changed so much. Both in my helth and in my mind. And both to the better. :D But then one always worrys they go backwards. Lucky for me right now I have lots of good things going on so I can get good energy from them.

Good to hear jBug is getting home. Its always nicer to recover at home in your own bed and with good food. Atleast here hospital food is so gross. Can't imagine how they expect people to heal eating that. When I was in the hospital for a longer time I always asked my mom to bring me pizza and hamburgers when she visited (ok.. not exactly healthy, but then I needed to gain weight anyways).

I know Jbug can't eat much anyway because her crohn's is so bad. She has to get infusions etc... I will keep you posted!

Little concerned here. Texted her couple times, with no reply. Thought she might b in surgery again. But let her no she was in my thoughts n prayers.

One of my worst hospital food experience was when I lived and northern Finland and I think i had to spend like 3 weeks in the hospital. Anyways they served a traditional food of that area which I had only once before come acros at my schools lunch cafe. Its a soup with potatoes and something like a blood budding cubes in it. It was so nasty. I was not able to believe the would serve it. :stinks:

An othe comic experience was when i had to spend about 7 weeks in the hospital.. firts one week then had to go back for complications and stayd for 6. But the food was sycled in 3 weeks. So by the end of my stay I had had the same menu 3 times. This is the time I had my mom bring me pizza hut and McD's. :lol2:

Jus to share since they came to my mind. :yfaint:

Don't blame you a bit, but didn't the Mc Donald's and pizza make you sick?
They do me! I am sick today from eating pizza at my Dad's party yesterday!:poo:

Where I am we are getting very heavy rain and the winds are starting to pick up now. I can't imagine 4 more days of rain. We will be walking on cushions of mud and water . But I cannot complain compared to New York, Conn. N.Jersey, Rhode Island! Those poor people are the ones that are really having the terrible problems!!!We all should say a prayer of thanx we didn't get it and for those that did.:Karl:

Mine is running really slow today too. Must of been from the storm. We could easily lose service here.:eek:I'll go thru withdrawel!!! Gotta go start dinner. Be good all of you!:lol2:

You all try and stay safe and dry.
I am going to enjoy a cup of tea and my victory here before heading to bed.
Enjoy your day. Night night.
