Jamie, atleast u still managed to be cool though! Sometimes its hard to deal with. The good thing about age is that thw men have learned an important lesson by that part in their lives: Do what she says, get her chocolate, compliment her (baby, u losin weight??!) Let her whine and complain and moan amd vent, even if ur only 'there' enough to convince ur woman ur listening.
And, they learn this because they have learned the hard way. U wont b on ur cycle forever, and when ur not, they sure do like the reward of being a good man for u. Now if he disnt do those things, he would remember, that now he's not gettin a piece til after next time!!! When he has the chance to learn it again!! :rof:

Dusty, I kinna thought it would leave em wide open! ;)

Goodnight T!!! Hopefully hubs doesn't snore so loud tonight.

Goodnight sandy bee!! We didn't talk at all today. I hope u r well!

And with that, I will say goodnight, and send good vibes and prayers for all of u! Sweet dreams (and um...sorry its work time for some and not bedtime. But to all of u, have a great day! And I'm still sending good vi es and prayers!!!) Love u guys...gunna go catch me a win!!!!

Goodnight Jamie, Goodnight,Jbug, goodnight Sandybee, goodnight Dusty, Goodnight JimBob and Maryellen. Goodnight john boy!!:rof: Love u all! Sweet dreams:hug:I'm off to the spare bedroom again because hubs is sick and snoring again very loudly!!!! Blessings from Yeshua!

Life don't talk to me about life - I always loose in the end...

Now that that last statement distracted them maybe I'll get away with saying "I win" and no one will notice.

Hey Trev,

Typical day yesterday on here - cookery and Kylie bashing - I think we should set a few ground rules

Ban all hugs, kisses and mush
Ban cookery
Tottie of the Day photo
No Fan Clubs
Fishing Forum
No arguing with A Teamers

That should do for a start

Good one Jbug!! Hope you are doing better!

Night all!

Yeah. I have my good and bad days. Today was an in the middle day. I had no energy or motivation to do anything so I really had to push myself today to get anything done.

Yes Sandy - he has earned the right

That is nice to know. He will be pleased. He is snoring like Teresa's hubby, but not nearly do loud with his c-pap. He has an unusual type of apnea, it's not obstructive, he just forgets to breathe.

Still on the carrot juice Robert? I really need to lose weight, and get that energy back up. What has made the biggest difference for you in that regard? I know you said you feel better now than before.

I know you juice, Robert, and exercise, which made the biggest difference, or was it a combination?

Well, this old lady has got to go to bed. I took my night meds and they make me very sleepy. Have a nice night all (or morning, or whatever the case may be. Bee well!

I know you juice, Robert, and exercise, which made the biggest difference, or was it a combination?

Well weight loss is 90% what you eat and 10% exercise. Having said that the benefits of regular exercise are enormous. The human body was designed to move around vigorously and (in my opinion) many general ailments are caused by lack of exercise and bad diet - it is all very simple really - we only have to look to the animal world for guidance.

Exercise is also a great stress buster and gives you far more energy - there is no downside. I work with a lot of weights and as you get older (I am 53) I think it is important to keep bones strong or the whole body will 'sag'. The great news is that it is never too late to start an exercise regime and even better news is the results can be seen quickly and can be dramatic.

Juicing is the future! Any liquid out of a bottle / carton is processed with most of the goodness / nutrients long gone. Boiling vegetables logically removes many of the important nutrients. I believe there is nothing healthier than fresh vegetable juice - the best thing you can ever drink (along with water). Carrot & Celery is my drink of choice. Juicing has made a huge difference to my life!

A wee bit of winning Christmas cheer...

Rasberries to Robbie about us mush lovers. We aren't changing for grumpy old men, sorry... :mad2: See we tame u everyday and u end up joining in with us and hugging everyone by the time u leave!

Thanks Robert, for the info above. I know i have asked some aspect of that a few times but i really do have a poor memory, and couldn't remember all you said it put it together correctly. Maybe my memory will improve when i get doing it better.:ylol: It can't hurt. If i remember to do it.:ylol::yfaint::ylol:
Hi Carol and friends! TTYL. I've got to go pick up my house so there is room for the massage table. #@+% kids.

Hi Sandy, how are you? good luck with the juicing. It's all a matter of getting into a routine.I prefer to juice mid morning, because like most things "life" gets in the way.I try not to eat for an hour or two either side, and ALWAYS wash the juicer before enjoying the juice. It's made a difference to me and I really miss it if I don't have it.Start simple, carrot, apple, celery then once you get in the groove you can experiment.Robert and I are always here for support and encouragement. x

It's 5am Robbie and it is eminently sensible when you have to go to work. :kissgrits:

We are coming to get you!...mwahahahaha...

220px-Redback_back_view.jpg

AUSTRALIA'S venomous redback spider, first sighted in Japan 17 years ago, is crawling towards Tokyo, with at least one of the creepy-crawlies found in a neighbouring city, officials say.

A man in Kawasaki, which borders southern Tokyo, used an insecticide to kill a strange spider and three egg sacs found inside a sprinkler in his garden on Monday, authorities said.

City officials later confirmed the insect to be a redback, which the national government has labelled an invasive alien species deemed a menace to the country's ecosystem.

The Environment Ministry said redbacks had been found in 23 of Japan's 47 administrative districts. The district including Kawasaki is the closest the spiders have been detected to Tokyo.

"They are presumed to have spread their habitats widely in Japan as they were carried while nestling in cargo, containers, construction materials, automobiles and such" after possibly arriving by sea originally, the ministry said on its website.

"I myself feel that they have come so close," Katsutoshi Oikawa, an environmental official at Tokyo's metropolitan government, told AFP on Wednesday.

"We have not yet proactively worked out measures. But we have been responding to individual inquiries from citizens about ways to deal with the spiders."

Redback bites, which inject a potent neurotoxin, have caused numerous deaths in Australia, although an antivenom stocked in hospitals has prevented fatalities more recently.

Redbacks were first spotted in Japan in 1995 around Osaka, a major port where, experts believe, they may have arrived in a container of Australian woodchips used to make paper in Japan.

...soon there will be no one left here but me! I will take the win because only I have the antivenom!

Presents from Australia

Japan gets Redback spiders

We get Dusty - (I would rather take my chances with the spiders)

Then I shall happily send you some for Christmas! HO HO HO.

We have a family of them living next to the front step. I'm sure they'd love a trip to the old dart. :) I won't be sending the antivenom though! :ylol:

Don't get me started, with that growling...

Hi Cheryl,I posted earlier asking how your bad chest was and Robert said I was being rude !!!!! you couldn't take him out in polite company could you ? Hope you're feeling better anyway.Night night x :rosette2:

Thanks Carol and Robert, so much. I already know i like carrot and celery or carrot and apple juice. It is a matter of getting into the routine of it. I have started, and stopped, the stopping due to "life getting in the way" a few times. I know I've got to make it a priority though. I've also got to stop eating bedtime snacks. By the end of the day I'm emotional and worn out and just want a "pick me up." I've got to get my stressors less, also, and I'm working on that. The mid-morning routine sounds good, except the Monday and Tuesday mornings that i now work again, but i can do that before work then. (Believe it or not, i find that job to be very relaxing and leaves me with less stress.)
I've got to go tidy my kitchen now so i can juice for lunch. (Mid morning or breakfast after that.) I find i can't do much of anything if the kitchen is cluttered at all.
Thanks again!:thumleft::thumleft::thumleft:

Looking up your spider, Dusty, i think it is the same as our black widow. We have caught a couple trying to come from our garage into our house.

Later edit: not the same, but similar in looks

It's good eh, Sandy. Today I need to clean the kitchen and do more writing. For once I am uptodate with the washing. I also need to get some dried fruit to make a Christmas cake.

I'm still lurking Trev. :)

Good morning Aura, Good afternoon Sandy, Teresa and Angel. :)

I would say good evening to you Robbie but the Poms will probably lose so you will be crying into your beer.

@SandyUte...

Sarah also juices daily. She makes about a litre and consumes it throughout the day, she takes it to uni with her.

She is vegan and has cut most of the sugar out of her diet, because of this she doesn't tend to juice fruit as it concentrates the sugars too much. Her mainstay daily juice is - carrot and kale with a touch of ginger, lemon and ice. She feels this combination really energises her.

Good luck with the juicing!

Dusty. :)

Taking the win before going to bed early.

Any ideas what to send some kids 8, 10 and 13 as early x-mas gifts. My godson and his siblings sent me a scouts advent calendar and wrote a letter to me each seperately. They are so sweet. Love those kids. I am a pen pall to the 8 years old girl. Something cheap (i dont have much money), small (fits in an envelope), light (so postal fees stay minimal) and fun. Stikers too boring for 13 year boy? Tattoo stickers maybe? Ideas??

Good night for now.

Man, this is a hard thread to keep up with. I am learning a lot about many of you which is nice. Need to check back more often though as was a lot of reading to catch up.

My friend Charlie Sheen said to tell you all: "Winning"

Maybe cute stickers to put on stationary and/or envelopes for eight and 10 year old also. Or notepad for either girl (or boy). Or a cute, but inexpensive pen for any of them? You can buy pens very inexpensively here, (and some expensive ones) but i don't know about where you are, or the shipping for such items.

good morning everyone, why is it when i arrive, everyone has left the building.

I feel the same way, quite often. With my case, i think they don't want to deal with a grumpy Eyore, though, and in your case I think it is just bad timing.

Sanni, The girls are into those hairbands that have the glitter and bows on them, or any type of cheap glitter kits to decorate your stuff. Also pretend jewelry and girlie stuff like that. Barretts for the hair too. Nail polish too is a big winner.

See Trev, you're not the only one. I was even in a happier mood.
