Lord Jesus please lift up my brothers & sisters on the Crohn's Forum, Father I pray that You bless my brothers & sisters and keep them; that You make Your face to shine on them , and be gracious to them; that You lift up Your countenance upon them, and give them peace. Heavenly Father, I pray the ronroush will seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, in order that all these things may be added to them(Matt. 6:33)

I pray that ronroush will be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. Ronroush will let his request be made known to You. And Your peace, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. ( Phil. 4:6,7)

Beautiful prayer. Reminds me of when I found out I couldn't have a driver's license. I felt the peace of God come into the room.

I am going back to the dermatologist tomorrow. The lesion on my scalp is flaring up again plus I have a new one. Please pray for me.

Lord please wrap your arms around ronroush and help his doctor rest his scalp. Lift his spirits and help him with his battle. In this we pray. Amen.

I just looked over this and all other forums. And I Pray for all of them who wrote in. that they would know God is with them!To be strong, It's rough we will get though it! Amen!!:ghug:
 
Thanks to God . He got me though this last heart scare. in the hospital just got out . With God at my side He pulled me though again. I thank him every day he gives me.God bless you all He is with us always Maria
 
Thank you God for getting me though this latest trial this past week in the hospital! And God keep your loving eyes on these beautiful people who are hurting . May they see your wonderful love and blessings like i did!
 
Right now, my stomach seems to be upset in the evening, no matter what I eat. Please keep me in your prayers. Also, pray for healing of my scalps. Thanks in advance.

Hello....I just found this spot and joined!
I hope I can be of some spiritual blessing and as a counselor and nurse for many years I am useful..so use me for prayer or just for an ear.

Ps...I am also a crohnie....have had crohns for 38 long years......but survived and still am. I am closing by saying a prayer for everyone out there suffering in body spirit and mind. Peace to your soul and may our creator hold you in his arms tonight.

****I ask if you may pray for my children and me so that SSA will find compassion and correct all errors so we can pay rent and bills this coming april. If its God's will. If not then please pray for him to show the path he wants us on. Peace and prayers.
 
Requesting prayer, I feel like so much is wrong with my body and I need God to just wash out all the toxins and unhealthy vibrations and restore me to perfect health in his image.
 
I just joined this support group, but have been on this forum for a year now. My son was dx'd last yr with CD at age 8. He is doing well now, on MTX, and considered to be in remission. I praise God for this, as I know he has carried my son, and us, through this whole miserable experience this past yr. Prayers of so many people have given us peace and strength to get through this day by day. I will be praying for each of you, that you find good health, strength, and peace.

I am currently going to school full time for a PhD and work two jobs. Last week I was informed that my colonoscopy biopsy came back suggesting Crohn's. This is a huge diagnosis and I feel like I have no time to cope with the news. I am just looking for prayer as I go through the rest of the diagnostic testing and beginning stages of treatment. I would greatly appreciate the support and prayer from those that have been such a big help in this forum! Thank you!

I pray and give God thanks for all the great mothers here who either struggle personally with IBD or have children who do. I am enormously grateful for my own mother and for all of you. Happy mother's day and God bless you and empower you to continue to do his will here on Earth as in Heaven.
 
God bless all the mothers who are suffering from IBD and all those who support those mothers on an ongoing basis. When mom is sick, the household is off kilter. It's the moms that hold it all together for families ( yes and dads too :)).

Lord help our moms and those of us who are moms and suffer from this most awe full disease.

In this we pray, amen.

Thanks, Lodgelady, I have missed seeing you on here and hope you are well. December was the last time I had Remicade and my wife is chomping at the bit for them to start me on Stelara.

Through the intercession of our blessed Mother Mary, May Jesus grant relief and remission to NGNG, ronroush, and particularly all who post on this prayer forum. For we know not why we were picked to suffer. But we understand that it is your will and through this suffering we will be with you sooner in the next life. We understand that we were chosen to carry this cross. Lord give us the strength to carry it for you as you did for us.

Please pray I had surgery today on my colon and small intestine. Removing an abscess, fistula, and ileum because of my Crohn's Disease. Thank you all very much!
 
Jenafer may God give you healing with this surgery, may your recovery go well and your Crohn's goes in remission. May God guide your steps as you heal and recover. May you feel his comfort and strength. Amen
 
Father, please ensure Jenafer is fully healed and made perfect again as you created her to be we are all your children Lord, and we strive to be healthy so we can live by and accomplish your word. We ask for healing for Jenafer in the name of God.

On Game Show Network, right now, there is a dating show called It takes a church. One of the contestants has ulcerative Colitis.

Please pray for me. I am having a serious flare of my Crohn's and have been bleeding for 2 months. I have had a lot of pain. May the Lord watch over me and my daughter! The prednisone makes me a really terrible person. Too unkind and grumpy. Starting Humira soon if God wills it.

Dear Father in heaven we pray for Lightblb! May the bleeding and pain stop and new medication help to relieve the inflammation. I pray for a calming of the mind with prednisone with peace and understanding. May your wisdom and love surround Lightblb!

Ron I don't know. Be careful of dehydration. I know I get nausea when I don't eat. I don't eat food for a day when I prep for a colonoscopy, just clear liquids and Gatorade.
 
Ron I think at some point we all fast when we flare. I know I do just give my intestines a break. But drink lots Ron.

Lord please in your mercy grant Ron relief and health today and in days to come.

I like Gatorade better than water but I have been told that water is better.

Ron are you doing a all day fast 24 hrs? I know hubby has fast with out any problems we usually do a 6:AM - 6:00pm. I agree with LodgeLady make sure you stay hydrated I made sure hubby had plenty of fluids.

We all falter sometimes Ron, and struggle to make ourselves better together. That's what makes us great. Adding you to our prayers is the least we can do. I'll add you to mine tonight. :)

I'm in the ER now since I couldn't stop vomiting and having diarrhea. Currently tapering vanco for c diff. Waiting for ct scan now. Prayers andsupport are appreciated.
 
Dear Lord, we pray for NGNG. Let your healing hand fall, help the medicine work and restore his body to health. Give him your peace and guidance. Lord, we pray for a cure for this disease so all who are suffering can heal! In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Dear our Father in heaven, please use my illness as a tool to glorify your heavenly name, to spread the gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Please allow the illness to humble my heart and make me more conscious of the type of love you behold for me. Lord please allow this illness to draw me closer to you, to make me more aware of how much I must depend on you for strength, courage and ability to get through difficult periods in my life. Lord I hope that my trials will bring great praise to your name and my difficulties in life will lead me to bring glory to you. I hope that the way I respond to my situation will show others that my strength to endure comes from the most high, our wonderful God in heaven. I pray that my actions show that I am walking the path through this life along side our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and it is He who carries me when I am weary. Lord, I thank you for the medical doctors that have been given the ability to research Crohns disease and ask that you be with them to open their eyes even more. Lord I thank you for the answered prayers I have seen time and time again. I thank you for all of the prayer warriors that day after day continue to pray for me. I give you all the honor and the glory for the wonderful results of those prayers. Lord, I ask you to be with those that are going through sad and difficult times. Lay your hand on them and give them the peace they need. Lord just wrap them in your arms and hold them close so they can feel your presence and glorify you by giving their situation over to you and relying on you to give them the strength they need to get through it. Please continue to use my situation to draw others closer to you Lord and to draw myself closer to you. Without you in my heart, without you in my life I wouldn’t get through any of this. So thank you Lord for never forsaking me and always being along side me. I turn my life over to you Lord, you know the reasons behind what I am experiencing, you know the greater scheme and meaning of my life. Give me the patience to endure whatever I must, the courage to face whatever life gives me, the strength to hope for a brighter tomorrow and the love to share with others the blessings you have given to me. I ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. -amen
