17C (63F) and fog here this morning - forecasting about an 1 and 3/4 of rain between now and tomorrow afternoon
 
In Perth, Western Australia it was lovely day today, about 27 deg C, (80 F) with light winds.

Sunny and breezy and a LOT cooler.I can think straight and walk faster...............or is that the other way round ?
 
Looks like we may have seen the last of what they laughingly refered to as this years summer.so time to get the sweaters and scarves and thick nickers out of mothballs
 
It's nice and sunny here today with a light breeze to sway the trees back and forth. The leaves are slowly turning and falling.

Saturday morning - the sun is shining - late, late summer and it's going to be a great day. Last BBQ of the year maybe?
 
My softie son who lives in Australia wears his woollie hat when the temp.drop below 22degs.That's a good summers day here. Sunshine and showers today.
 
24hrs+ of non stop rain and wind.Floods,trees down,road accidents,railways closed BUT it's not too cold,so thats something.Always look on the bright side.We've got 6mnths of winter to come.Yipeeeeeee

I mentioned that I heard there was some sort of weather event in the UK and Scotland yesterday and Kirsty said (funny gal) that the sun was probably shining!!!:ylol:
 
Yes,I saw that,cheeky monkey.People have the misconception that it ALWAYS rains here but they're wrong.It only rains when the tourists are here and It keeps everything a lush green and the rivers and lakes full.Anyway there's no such thing as bad weather just people who wear the wrong clothes
 
Rained almost all day here and heavy rain for 2-3 hrs. Right when I went to the store. Miserable weather. It finally stopped. It was about 68 degrees. Nice now at 62.
 
Cool and sunny,just right.Getting dark at 7-30pm.I think our clocks go back this week-end so it will gradually get darker until it's dark at 4pm,then dawn doesn't make an appearance until 8am.It's hard to get started on the dark mornings.I'm definately a morning person.If it doesn't get done by lunch-time,then it doesn't get done at all.
 
Very cold this morning here. The Hewfoundland (Zena) is loving it. Laying on the back patio. Around 50 and cloudy. Rain coming in this afternoon again :\
 
cold cloudy and windy! apparently Iceland are going to send us a nice arctic blast next week. not sure if it will come this far south but scottsma might feel it a bit.

Does that mean winter is starting - Those Northerners don't mind - they are used to it!
 
17C (63F) with light drizzle - we are supposed to ger 15-20mm of rain (1/2 to 3/4 ") today

Today the high is only 59 or close. Rain possible this afternoon ,as usual lately.
 
Rainy, misty day so far...yes we need the rain, but I wanted to go RIDING!...so, maybe I will hit a horse/tack yard sale instead lol.....hoping the week improves so I can get out, and we are going camping next weekend!
 
not too bad today,but according to the long range forcast there may be snow in October,but it will probably just be on the tops.Still the weather has been so wierd this year anything is possible.We're not gonna get the Indian summer we had last October though.We were hoping to get a last run out with the caravan.We'll have to see.

Cold, damp, 48 is the high. Chilly in the house.. Turned on my infrared heater to take the chill off. First time this year.:(
 
Really Spooky? they say it's grim up North but it's another nice day.Blue skies and sunny but cool.Same tomorrow and wednesday.
 
There is a frost warning here tonight -it is going down to 0 (32F). Luckilly the tomatoes have stopped growing but I may have to cover the pepper plant
