Ron, i think the world needs to start blowing cold snowy air to the southern hemisphere.
nice pic, thanks. Britain is supposed to look like that today. no snow here though, just rain and cold!
Scenes down in Gipsland in Victoria could be out Of Dante's inferno. One man incinerated in his car, more houses gone and they think it may take up to two weeks to contain that fire alone. Now the weather guys are forecasting that acyclone may form off cape york next week and roll straight along the Qld coast to frazer island. They say that their models predict the same thing for the west coast of Aust at the same time. I hope that their models are WRONG.....Ron.

Bloody ex cyclone! :voodoo: I hope you are okay and safe Ron50!
Yep, thrashing down and no end in sight.
Fortunately for us we are at no risk of flooding as we are too high up and only have an iddy biddy creek running through the town.
Dusty.
I am ok ,the people of Bundaberg is another story. The river is still rising and it is already half a metre over its record peak. Thousands of homes are now flooded and the flood waters are running up to 40 mph. The whole of North Bundaberg has been ordered to evacuate. there are half a dozen military and civvy choppers winching families from rooftops. The latest I heard is that one of the evacuation havens is now being evacuated. Some of these poor buggers have copped this two years in a row. The storm is still raging and is expected to hit Sydney tonight. It has travelled nearly two thousand miles.. One Mean storm...Ron.
