Are you a mountaineer Mandy ?:rof:
3c and grey. We're off for a walk along the coast for an hour.Short and brisk.
I must be mad.........don't answer that !!!
Similar here.Cold, but bright and sunny so bearable,
That is excellent.Wet but the sun is shining in my heart ☺
Not pleasant weather. Days are hot , nights are hot. One minute sunny and next cloudy. Not a case of if we get a storm but when. Then you have to wonder what kind , wind, lightning ,hail , rain or all four? I see my nephrologist today. That will be fun. He won't be able to help me either. This time last week my blood pressure was 152/101 , this morning it is 99/70. Same meds each time. His reaction doesn't change , he just looks at me and shakes his head. No need for words. Ron.
Update on the South Aust fires . Still burning and still out of control in some areas . Death toll revised to two but 15 people in hospital with burns , 5 critical. 16 homes destroyed as well as countless farm buildings and huge stock losses . Some of the homes were the original settlers homes. Very sad. The mountains in Tasmania have had snow falling most of the day. Cooler in Victoria. max temp in Qld was 48c up near Mount Isa . My area varied from 31 on the coast to 35 in the hinterland where I live. They say from world wide weather resources that we are living thru the hottest year on record, made worse around the pacific by El nino. Today was the worst I have felt the heat in years. I had a hot flush during the afternoon and very nearly melted. I have been hitting the water hard but it is almost impossible to drink enough. Ron.
