good morning sunshines. It's a miracle, I'm up before 8 am and don't have to be. :) I think I'm winning :) :) :) :) :)
 
Threw in a load of whites too. I have to fill up the washer myself with hot water because the switch broke that switches it to hot water! It takes about five min.:(
 
That stinks! what a pain. I'm going to have to go get some things done myself, a lot to do today. but I'll come back later and say hi ( and win) :)

A/C in the UK ??? We only get about 2wks really hot weather,sometimes not even that.We have it in the car,of course.I've got three fans,which do help a bit.I usually just put my head under the cold tap :ylol2:
 
Take a tea towel, wet it and squeeze it out. Twist it and put it in the freezer and then take it out in half an hour and put around the back of your neck to the front. Wala, instant A/C. Do it when I clean. It drops the temperature to your body about ten degrees.:)

thanks Teresa,I do that sometimes,also put my feet in cold water.I'm still having trouble with emails.As well as warnings that all forum emails are unsafe,they are now going into junk box too.I have enter the forums emails address into the safe thingy,but it's made no difference.:ybatty::ybatty::ybatty:
 
I can't even get emails from this site. I just have to log in myself everytime and log out when done. I've gotten used to it. I sent a complaint to Outlook and never heard back from them! The nerve!:(

I looks like I've sorted the junk box issue,the last 2 forum emails were in my inbox,so that's something.I will try to sort the fraud thing out when I'm in the mood...........but at least I'm winning :dance::dance::dance:

AARRGGHHH! This year my sis had colon resection and fistula repair, neice had three pacemaker surgeries with complications, a niece-in-law just had a hysterectomy, another niece- in-law had a tonsillectomy with complications and is on liquids only for awhile, sister sinus and oral surgeries, now my brother just had his gall bladder out. AARRGGHHH AARRGGHHH AARRGGHHH AARRGGHHH AARRGGHHH AARRGGHHH AARRGGHHH!
 
My family all has had health problems too Bee! Life is like that unfortunately.
But He is with you through it all!:hug:
 
Lazy day today so I'm winning.Going away again next week (Wed) for a few days to Kielder Forrest,if you want to google it.It's only a short drive,so it gives us more time to relax and enjoy ourselves.
 
No cleaning today. Am dogsitting starting Sunday for ten days. Plenty enough time to clean while there! So, I win!!!:dance:

England v Australia at cricket - peaceful? tranquil? It is exactly like war (except no-one gets hurt - apart from Australian pride)
 
Full on storm day here! Flooding really bad down near Pittsburgh. Biggest storms coming at 4.:(

hi all. nice to see you. I see Teresa's storms are about and she is having nice clean fun, the rabbit is out of his hole, Carol is abandoning us again, Trysha has new stealth wings, Kirsty is making surprise attacks in the middle of a war that doesn't exist (yet), and Robert is being a man. (Sports and women, in that order). And I slept through it all again. good morning (oops, noon) sunshines!

Good ol rhyme!! Going down to finish the laundry so will bee back later on.
Trying to keep up so when I leave it's all done by Sunday. Mike doesn't do very well keeping up when I am not home. But he did do dishes last time and 2 loads! WOW!!!:eek2::lol:
 
Yep, I did. And, no, I don't wait all day for a response at my computer. I carry my phone with me half the time, though.

I carry my phone around too because we only have one house phone now! used to have 3 but switched companies and the old phones got alot of static. So we just hjave this one newer one now. I don't mind.

I mean my cell phone that acts as my computer, silly goose. I ignore my house phone half the time. but our main living is all on the same level so I don't have to run up or down the stairs, except for laundry and storage. I've got to clean my basement some day, though too.

I am here. Just having a super busy week and getting tired and grumpy. So in no mood to chat around that much. Next week should ease up again. I hope. Just its hot and I am tired. Wish we had nap time at work. That would be nice. :D
 
Funny Robert. You know you miss us when we are not here. ;) We miss you too when you are away.

I need to go make some dinner. Then maybe I am done with all the chores for today.
