I have not heard anything from cheryl. I worry about her job because that is where she emailed from. I hope she didn't get layed off or anything like that!
Lasagna sounds good, but not for the tum!:(
 
Sorry.. no lasagne. Had pork chops with some pasta and pineaple. And a small salad. No beer too. And I dont drink beer anyways. ;)

Nope, he has to shop as he just got paid and said he will do it. He will live on pizza rolls and beer while I'm away. He is coming down next Friday and staying till Sunday. He just called and said he already misses me and everyday he says how much he will miss me. See, I take good care of my hubs. But, I know better than to think he doesn't jump for joy the minute I pull out in my car!!!:rof::rof::rof:
 
Post *** win, I'll be looking fab with my 1% light filtering glasses today, at least I can get out and about with them :)
 
I win. Since I just aranged (with help of others) the best Babyshower picnik ever. Even had the best weather youcould ever want. Sunny with a breeze so not too hot. Even it was hot enough that whatever food was not eaten had to be tossed out. Lucky most was eaten.
 
Just back from giving the caravan a clean,ready for the off on Wed.I usually do it before we drive home,but it just had a quickie as it was an 8hr drive home.Took some bits through,like kitchen roll, LOO roll,tea,coffee,Alfies biccys.There's a lot to think about.I've got a check list which has virtually remained the same for nearly 30yrs,but it's all in my head by now.The weather forcast looks ok,so maybe I won't have to take the big coats and boots............shame really,I'm starting to miss my big coats and boots hahaha
 
I know that feeling. This summer here has been good, but I am still a fall/winter girl. Love those warm soft clothes.

and comfortable too.I know from your pics.that you like to dress up Sanni,but although I wear summer tops (with jeans) and walking sandals,I'm not really relaxed wearing them.But of course,I have to in the warm weather........Counting the days 'til Autumn.Nice walking weather.You can't tell me that this hot,sweaty weather is healthy.:(:ycool:

She loved the diaper cake. Too bad the cover on it makes it shine so you cant see it that well. I think I did a pretty good job. :D

That's totally impressive Sanni.

Today I start packing too, on Thursday we leave for a winter holiday in kaikoura, hamner springs and then mapua in nelson. 9 days away. Yahoo

Been sick all day. Stomach and headache. Slept 3 and a half hrs. I ate toast for dinner. Headache is somewhat better.:)
 
It wasnt too hard to make either.

Today shopping with mom. I have not had a live plant in myt home for 5 years and figured its time to get some again finally. I dont know if I will manage to keep them alive, but definately goingto give it a go. No flowers, just green plants I think. I will see how it turns out. Sort of exited about it really. lol.
 
Sanni, plants are easy! Water good once a week and put those little fertilizer balls that feed for four months. Anyone can do that! I need to get to sleep. Just dropped by to say hi. Couldn't sleep because of the long nap today!:hug:

You would think so wit the plants. But I am not a person with a green thumb. Suprised I ceek the pets alive so well. But I figured after a break its good to give it a new try. Just need to get animal safe plants. ;) Hope you are feeling better T. I remeber those days of having toast for dinner. :(

my turn, my turn! I've been catching up on my reading of LOW. Yes, where is Cheryl and Trev? I miss them. And Robert, seriously, lasagna? My tummy can't handle lasagna, and I'm not the one with Crohn's. I love it though, boo hoo! And Stu, it's so hot here we could have stewed rabbit just walking outside. Kirsty, you just can't keep the days of the week or seasons straight, can you? New Zealanders. :)
Mary, nice of you to pop in. I have a sister and mother both with the name Mary. (Sister goes by name Sue, she is Mary Sue, because too confusing with two Mary's.) Good name. And how come no one said hello to Tonisturrs. Hi, Toni! People were too busy trying to win, it seems.

It's not the winning that's important,it's the taking part........And whoever quoted that load of guff had no sense of self worth or ambition.That's why I win,and always will !!!

I suppose I wil take the Win for a while. Off for the evening walk. I think I promissed the dog a long one but good thing he does not understand me so we are just doing the normal one because I say so. :) :)
 
I don't blame you Sanni. I have to walk Zena and it's all uphill from here and she is old as me haha! 89 degrees here so neither of us are going anywhere till tonight after dark!:)
 
Our walk today was just to the local medical center about 10-15 min away. I had to get my ostomy suplies and thats about one of the only place I trust to take the dog with me and leave him outside while I run in to get my stuff. But it hardly counted as a real walk. Hope tomorrow I can make up for the lazyness of today. Well.. I did do other things so not really lazy.. just lazy with the dog. But hes fine with it. :D

Anyways.. just finished my tea. I am off to bed. NN!
 
I always disliked when they called your surname first at roll time " prince kirsty"
