So fynny that tablet Aura. I cracked up laughing. :D Too funny.

I should head out to the grocerys.. and pharmacy too. Need to get the D vitamin that can be injected. Also should go to the clinic and see if my new ostomy suplies are there.. just hate going there cus they always mess up with my order. But I gues if I go with the dog it counts as a walk for us. Just hate leaving him waiting outside. I ususally never do it.. the only place I leave him out is at the clinic cus I know it takes me 2 min to get my things and there is not that meny people there. But I am always paranoid someone would take him.
 
I was just about to go out with the dog and someone rings my doorbel and sais they are waxing the floors in the hall so please no walkig there for ½ hour. So gues I am staying home for a while more.

Also how irritating. The mail has delivered a package (from an ostomy suplier) to a wrong address.. I am gussing just a floor or 2 above me and some idiot opened the package and then returned it back to the post. Now I am pretty sure some stuff is missing from it (they had not even re-sealed it) but I dont know what since its just a "prize" for answering a survey. But really... annoyed. Allredy wrote to Coloplast just to know whats missig and I think I will give a bit of my mind to the postal people too.

By the way.. My man works for the post and delivers mail so lucky him hes on vacation cus Id probably take out my annoyance on him even he has nothing to do with it. hahah
 
I alwasy wake up hungry. I cant go on with my day if I cant have breakfast.

Cooking for the dog. I make him a rice porage to eat with his dry pebbles. He loves it. This time trying it wht a bit of lentils in it. Lets see if its still good for him. I make a ton at a time and then freze it. Should make my own dinner soon too.. salmon.. and have not desided what to eat with it.

How is everyone today?

Try preparing your salmon in a pan with dark mustard over it then brown sugar and then onion sliced up, then sprinkle soy sauce over it.. Cover and bake till done.You can wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it or grill that way. That's how I make it. I like it to cool down and eat it. It's the only way it tasted good to me. Try it.:thumright:
 
Not sure I have dark mustard or even brown sugar for that matter. Sounds good thoug. I was just going to fry it and put it on a bed of pasta with pesto in it and boil some broccali (was on sale) for a nice side. Fast and simple. Making it in an aluminium wrap might give it a nice moisnest to it so might do that instead.

I am so annoyed with the people that suply my stoma suplies. They ALWAYS mess something up in my order. Really.. can it be that hard. They gave me the wrong skinprotector seals. SO I have to send them an e-mail and probably wait till next week or even longer to get any. *sigh*
And on top of that I was not able to get my D vitamin prescription from the pharmacy because it seems I need a special permet tu use the medication. So I have to call my doctor tomorrow and tll her abou tthat so she can sort it out for me. Stuff like that just makes you feel so sick.. speacial permits on meds? Really? Is it that hard to treat me? *sigh*again.

Sorry Sanni! I wish I could give you what you need for you stoma and the D. Can you call ahead next time and see if the order is correct? Also I would notify the company of all the mistakes and demand some explanation. Noone wants to do their job anymore!:ymad:

You could really use any mustard and regular sugar would work.It is very moist this way!
 
Well.. thats the thing. All is government healthcare. So no one to complain to. I allready wrote them a letter so they will fix it. Just takes time. And here they have made everything that you cant call anyone anymore. Can you imagine. To get a doctors apointment you call a number and leave your details there then someone calls you back. And usually the time to call is just 1 hour a day. You miss it you have to try again the nest day. I hate our system sometimes. But its free.

The order is made on a letter sent by my stoma nurse and I know its corret cus I have a copy of it. So just someone packes the frong stuff into my order.

Yes, we just now are starting the wonderful Gov't. healthcare here in America. I can't wait to see what this entales! Scary thought. I don't know how you can stand it! I'm sorry you must put up with that!:ymad:
 
Its not all bad. Just some things are. When it works its good. Like mostly my specialist doctors are the best in Finland. But when it does not work its just annoying and worse then bad. And its all free..well.. sort of. :ybatty:

Nothing is ever free my dear. They give you the illusion it's free, but your taxes are paying for it one way or another!
 
I know. Thats why the "sort of" at the end. But if we did not have this system I would not have any care at all. I would probably be dead.

By the way Saani, I have the same medical history as you but am ( a bit ) older. I have a ileostomy but it is not easy to live with and am scared to go out too much. Let's talk after I've won this, XX

I think I used all the meds available. Just happy Humira seems to work. I just had my 5 years aniiversary with my ileostomy a couple days ago. For me it works out fine. Happier with it then I was with out it.

Had to google that one but yeah.. same kind. :) Mine is actually almost the same colour as that one too.
 
I think I have but its been a long time ago if I have. I love romantic comedys so probably would like it. :) But I have to say.. as a owner of a chinese crested.. can't stand to see a untrimmed face on the dog like that one in the movie has. ;)
 
Yes, the hair on the face does not do that dog justice at all. I love that movie because it's hilarious too, those two do well together.

The early garden, radishes, onions, potatoes is planted…has been twice now since it rained a foot and washed the first effort away!!:)

I just boring and winning while people are still doggy distracted :)

I have recovered from 50+ mosquito bites and an eye infection in both eyes. Now I have hay fever or caught a chill on my *** day :)
 
no win today :( dealing with a lot of C. Doc put me on muralax for the next 14 days.. yea... Felt terrible today and missed work, so now I am hoping that my Baylor Bears can win tonight, that would be a win!

5hrs to replace a radiator hose on our little SUV . hope i never have to do that job again. time for a win.
 
Winning again. Sistre's foot looks really scary and she is the bravest girl I know. They put the vac pump on while I was there. Have a headache again! Missed you today!:ghug:
 
I think I'll take over the win, because toothpaste didn't touch the itch on my mosquito bite. :O
 
the Colgate didn't, sensodyne only has " active ingredient" last on tube, fill list was probably on the box it came in ( thrown out)
 
I did find out that triclosan is also in solarcaine spray which we use for itchy bites
 
I shouldn't complain, it is one mosquito bite, not a zillion like you. how are you Kirsty? did I ever tell you my oldest brother has a step daughter named Kirsty (Kirsten)
 
Doug is waiting for instructions from insurance company and then will have to mail it somewhere to get fixed. could be awhile. he is wanting to borrow my phone, speaking of, so ttyl! loves!
