I'm trying to remember where I put floral tape so I can finish making my mom a corsage for mother's day. Can anyone tell me where I put it? what is everyone else up to?

It's in your sewingroom!!! Ask Him to show you where it is. I do that and it works.

Time for evening win

Re., "grey" hair..........I did quite like my hair grey but after a few months I started to feel old and depressed, grey sweaters do the same,so now I'm kind of blondish.I promised myself that I would stop colouring when I hit 60,and here I am nearly 5yrs on,and still doing it (?)I suppose I must be vain eh?

Taking the win,thankyou

Nothing wrong with grey hair!

I agree,on men.But most women age more quickly than men,and I feel that I have to do the best for my self esteem.I like it when I'm told I don't look my age,if I'm honest.Of course, they don't see me first thing in the morning haha.I Like men to look like men though.Clean but not overly primped. And smelling GOOD.
PS.Those who say I don't look my age are usually over 50 and NOT the under 30s. :lol2:

You look awesome darling! Happy Mother's Day to you!:ghug:

It's not Mothers Day here. Not sure if it's March or June, but my dear Son doesn't know either (it's Different in Aus) it just passes me by,like Christmas does.

I always miss fathers day for that reason. Its different here then in th US so if I greet my dad when we have fathersday here he's like  but then I don't know when they have it so then I just ignore the whole day.

Honestly Sanni,I think everything is far too commercial.Your Dad knows you love him and there's no need to put money in manufacturers pockets to prove it.It's all geared to make people feel guilty if they don't buy cards, flowers.chocs etc.I'd much rather have the dishes washed or something.Of course, that's not going to happen either haha

OK Robert,I'm taking a last win for a few days,so Please don't go spreading rumours that I've defected (defecated....change a letter haha) or that you've scared me off.Everyone knows that's NOT going to happen.........Bye the way "Where are you Cheryl ? "

I agree. This is a main reason I ignore days like valentines and easter and other days with all the commerce items going with them. I made a Brunch for my mom today and that was her gift. I gave her a card but even that was an old 2-pice card that I cut the text part off of and used the picture part. And gave flowers I picked from the forrest on my morning walk (the ones the cat is at in my picture) ;) I also dont like the way everything is a market to make people buy things no one needs. Even birthdays for that matter. My boyfrined is the same. The only kind of gift I give him is one he can eat since he loves food. :ylol:

I'll try to remember to let you know. It is in June for sure!

He must be running in circles again! Missed him though! Hi Sanni! Cleaning today, fun fun! Be back later, Hugs!:ghug:

i have spent the better part of today calculating the odds of any of you guys and gals winning this thread.......... it appears you would have a better chance of being struck by lightening while having morning tea with Elvis

so you may as well give up now!!!!!!

That will be the Police helicopter looking for you.

As long as it isn't an ambulance. I found I've developed an allergy to them, so keep them away from this forum. My left ear especially is buzzing all the time from my old stroke (tinitus), and the only way to get relief some times is more noise. Either it is tinnitus or someone is looking for me.:ywow:

As agent K once said....'Elvis is not dead. He just went home.'

He's referring to the movie " Men in Black." We watched " Men in Black 3" last night. I love the opening bug scene in the first one, but the third is my favorite movie altogether of those movies.

I forgot to post yesterday, so I think I should keep posting now to make up for it.

Mine buzz all the time too from many yrs. of listening to really loud music.
I too need noise to drown it out. If anyone is looking for you, it's me!!!:lol2:

Because I'm gorgeous, super intelligent, love to drink a great red wine, and I cope with all the crap that's wrong with me

Okay intelligent ones - pass this test.

Which of the following is wrong?
1) There's less water in the river these days
2) I eat fewer than five apples a week
3) I drink less than three coffees a day

I know you don't have any proper steering abilities. it seems to me that leads to chaos ! THAT'S IT! YOU LOVE CHAOS!

A ship without a captain, or a ship without a destination. A floating boat with no where to go. Aimless, adrift at sea. it's a good thing the B team is full of sunshine, because without the sunshine, storms would be a brewing, and you might be sunk.

I'm fine, Sheree gota good report on her foot. If it continues healing this way, they will do a skin graft in another month or so. I just got home!!! Mike will want the computer, so if i vanish, that is why! TTYL! Hugs for you bugs!:ghug:
