All sorted after the hols,ready for the next one now.Pouring with rain here,so having a quiet day now,(after dog walk no.2) Chicken with mushroom fried rice for tea and fresh fruit for afters. (In case you were all wondering).........Winning !!!!!
 
I don't intend on going anywhere today cos I would get very wet, plus there are too many motorbikes around for my liking because of the North West 200...think I'm winning now :)

I'm back........done dog walk 2,only one more for me as Les does the bedtime walk.in case I get molested in the dark haha.We have been fed and the dishes are draining,so I will be inert until tomorrow morning.Unfortunately I don't have a commode,so I will have to move occasionally.
 
Hi Cheryl,Well I'm sure she understands and she'll be pleased to see you when you get home.You're putting food in her belly and I bet she loves her grub.If Alfie had to choose he would opt for food everytime.
 
C Lynn......I'm okay, sitting here taking it easy with hubby and dog ( both sleeping). Children will be home later and I haven't a clue what to make for tea?? O the joys of being a mother :)
 
Carol, you are too right. But would have been the perfect morning (weather wise) to take her walking instead of her chain.
Liz, the joys of being mom, huh? I lucked out lastnight and had a quiet house, both kids gone, so just hubs and I.
 
I had a full house last night and after a rotten dad cos of my dad, I was so tired but still, super-mum that I am dinner was served and dishes done....I'm so good...huh, who am I fooling?! lol. Tonight will see a repeat performance.
 
Take it easy like me~pick up a storemade pizza. take and immodium and kick back!!! After the shopping is done, that is!:ymad:
 
Hopefully that's what I will do, take it easy AFTER 1 today, won't feel like doing a bit of housework...
 
I did laundry yesterday and cleaned Monday. I clean up everyday things I see need done. It's the hubs clutter that puts me in a tizzy!:ymad:
 
I'm not even going to venture out in this rain...I text my daughter my shopping list :) just a couple of things will get the rest tomorrow, it's meant to be nicer then. I'm thinking maybe pasta for tea? Housework can wait until Monday :)

morning guys, well my houseworks all done, and i didnt have to do it, Debs had a day off, but i still had to do the cooking. i dont like being a house wife, only 5 weeks to go. at least im winning.
 
Some if us have nothing else going on in life, especially after humira jabs, so we do what we can, and win :)
 
Thanks :) I just struggling after the humira ***. I don't like not having energy I want to be 20 again :)

Back from a weekend in mid-Finland (5 hour drive.. phew). Was at a spring meeting for our Crohns assosiation. Went there with my mom. Was fun. Met a lot of new people and maybe made some new crohnie friends too.

Happy (belated)Birthday Carol!!!! May is a good month to be born on. Spring when everything becomes alive again. Today is my birthday! Coinsidence its on the national IBD day.. don't think so. ;)

Two day time naps, totally grumpy as I got no energy, standing, sitting, stairs all get too much for me. If I could sleep the whole day that would be great and just wake up when my energy has come back.
 
Almost 2 years on Humira. I don't sleep that much the day after the shot.Just feel like I should. Not much energy.
 
Morning everyone :) It takes me ages walking up the stairs and I don't have humira to blame lol.
 
It's climbing to the top of the 'Last One Wins' pile you will have trouble with. My name has been on the prize a looong time.
 
I never feel any difference to my day after my humira to any other day. Just hate the *** since it HURTS like h.. a lot. ;) I am suprised to read here so meny are so tired after the ***. Everyone is different of and I am in general lucky to tolerate meds pretty well.

I really did not selebrate my b-day. Me and mom drove home from mid-Finland for about 6 hours (making a couple stops on the way) and then my step-dad made us dinner and had pannacotta for dessert. So a good day all in all. And it was sunny and nice so that was great.
 
Well, next year I demand you fly here and I will make you my homeade stuffed shells and sauce with meatballs. I can cook!!!:heart::heart::heart::dance:
 
there are too many sickies on this Crohn's forum. Kirsty, don't let Doug fool you. He takes naps the day after his ***. He pretends to watch tv, but always falls asleep in his big overstuffed recliner chair. He's either asleep or ignoring me! :eek:No humira for me, but I slept almost all yesterday, after a very busy Saturday. I did have a weird dream about you loonies!
The prize is almost here ( not a crown).
time to go lay down again with my headache. oh, I already am! I'm lounging on my couch, and my dog is lounging on my back.

I dreamed we all met each other, and ended up going on some trip/vacation/holiday together. I remember thinking that we all looked like what I pictured all of you looking like, and everyone was skinny, but me. :frown: We ended up going camping in the mountains because nobody would say where they wanted to go. I was worried some of you wouldn't like it because, well, not everyone likes camping. I was also worried about having enough toilets, lol. That is when everything changed to a beautiful lodge with a gorgeous view of a magnificent lake, but we all had our own private suites within the lodge.
There! are you awake Robert?

I'm off to shower, take my wake up pills, advil, diet coke, feed my dog, make my bed, start some laundry, clean my kitchen, etc. I'll bee back some time, fellow loonies. somebody get Robert to tell who his secret crush is, I know He has one. ( AND NOT KYLIE)
