Well I think we all know who the troublemaker is - Teresa i will bet that as a child you spent a lot of time standing in the corner at school

I'll tell you about it later, but I think I just helped you win Teresa. I've got to go get a shower before Ashley's staff (someone who takes Ashley out to give us a break) gets here in just a few minutes. This is a warning, though. I'll be b a a c k!

Teresa, I saw a Steelers sticker on a vehicle out in littl' ol Utah the other day. Something seldom seen. Parked next to us. Could it be a sign?

Hi, Momof2ew! I love your name, and remember seeing you around before. I'm glad we didn't scare you away. Now I really have to go for a little before I scare everyone here because I smell.

I'm back. Did your glass of wine calm you down Robert? I'll be nice now, as long as I get my win

My complex is back, but I really have to go this time. I've got to go to the store, make a shrimp salad, cheater (Rhodes) rolls, then go to to a dinner party with a group of local crohnies and their families. Ashley might be sufficiently recovered from her scolding by then. If she keeps up her attitude tonight, we will tie her to the roof of our car for our 30 minute drive to North Ogden.

I just made a big pot of brocolli and cheddar and potato soup. Yum it's good on a day like this. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all in one.
I still have to get my shower. I was doing more cleaning up here because I didn't even finish upstairs yet! I was too ill. But now just the one bathroom I'm using and bedroom I'm using. Will finish all the rest Monday. Glenn invited me over tomorrow. So I'll be over there most of the afternoon. SOOO GOOD to have him back, you just don't know!!!:heart::heart:

You could use the 2 shoulder belts out your windows to tie her with!!!:lol2:Snap them together on top in the middle of the roof.I used to think of stuff like that too!!!

Aren't we though Robert? Always thinking of great new ways of parenting that really work LOL! Now I am getting my shower. Enjoy your wine! Talk later!:thumleft:

Stumbling in for the win - still clumsy until I have a coffee.

Liverpoor won :ylol:

Oh Sandy and Teresa are you guys Steeler fans? :thumleft:

That is my team even if the season is starting off a little rocky.

As for anyone who dont like them, I forgive you.

hi Teresa, i think we may be home in a week or two, we were going to be gone longer, but i have to much to do. summer is getting closer and i have to get the motor assembled for my new boat. really hanging out to go fishing. sitting on the river bank is not the same. how have you been?

Sandy lives in Utah and she is a college team fan (The Utes).
But, I am trying to convince her to become part of the Steeler nation!!!
One can only hope. Trying to convince Robert too over in England! But he's a tough sell!:ymad:

I was sick Tues. and Wed. (stomach pain) but am better now, thanx! Glad you will be back soon. Everyone misses you!

723 i actually live in Mississippi but we dont even have a pro team. i probably would not back them anyway. lol

Well so far they do not think my CD is my main problem, but my breakfast got stuck in my throat this morning and they are going to do a swallow test to check for problems there. So I guess upper CD problems might be lingering around.

I think they finally killed this stupid anti-biotic resistant UTI, and the bonus feature to all of this is that they realize that I put out way to much urine. They are doing a special collection test to see if my kidneys are functioning properly.

I call it the bonus because I have always been a big pee-pee person I just thought I had a small bladder, never realized that it is a medical problem.

Robert - you must be over the moon - Tottenham won - just like me - I win too:lol2:

Hi Trev - we still got to go fishing - we didnt manage that up north

How is your eye?

Robert I notice that you already stay in enough trouble on here. You better become a Steeler fan or its just gonna get worse.:hallo3:

Me neither. I had renal cancer 3 yrs. ago and am in remission now. But I always went alot and after surgery they couldn't believe the output ,well i was on an IV bag, what the heck did they expect?
Well this is a by weekn for the Steelers, so no game tomorrow. Thought i better tell you before you got excited about the game.
You take care of yourself now! Swallowing problems can be related to crohn's I read somewhere. Talk to you soon! Stay well!:thumleft:

Popeye ? Squid? Herman? Friday? I dont know what sort of name are you looking for? It would be good to come up for a holiday. When Hubby gets some leave it would be great to come up for a holiday. Good luck with the eye doc on Tuesday hope it goes well.

No problem wifey, who is your hubby's team?

My baby team is the Colts. He is so glad they got rid of Peyton. HE hope is head get knock off with Denver. :ybatty: lol

Now for you TRYSHA. TRY SHAgin I win.

Teresa and Wifey, I've actually been looking for a pro team to support. There were so many choices. Ute players (Alex Smith) have gone to the Forty-Niners, Steve Smith went to the Carolina Panthers, etc. Before you even said anything, Teresa, I knew it was a bye week for the Steelers. Next week they play my bro-in law's team, the eagles. Big and long time fan. However, when I found out from Doug that one of my favorite players, Stevenson Sylvester is a I line backer for the Steelers, you've convinced me to become part of the Steelers Nation. Now look what you did!

Hey Sandy how you going? I don't think we will hear from Robert in a while he will still be out celebrating his football teams win. Me and hubby just made Pad Thai for tea - wow it like totally all go in the kitchen for 5 mins and then you sit and eat. You just need to be an octopus to throw it all in the wok one after each other - phew

I'm doing pretty well Kirsty, thanks. I like easy fast meals, but I get too confused to make it all at once. Can you believe I actually made a pasta shrimp salad for part of our dinner? Best one I've ever made. Really good. It's kinda funny, I sprained my wrist yesterday (not so bad today) and the splint actually helps me hold my phone better.:rosette1::heart::ylol2:

Your doing great - Pad Thai is a Thai noodle dish we had it with prawns:biggrin:

Robert I notice that you already stay in enough trouble on here. You better become a Steeler fan or its just gonna get worse.:hallo3:

Hello Wifey - I am so pleased you noticed how these women pick on me for no reason at all - I just try to spread a little joy, always being nice to people and what do I get! The main culprits (in no particular order) Teresa, Carol, Cheryl, Sandy, Kirsty, Glori and others from time to time. You will see the sensible people are Trev, Doug, Trysha and Sanni (although she has her moments). I hope you are not going to join the monsters!

Kirsty - yes good win for the Spurs - even better as my son is a Manchester United fan - he has just started University and watched the match in the Student Bar so I was pleased to remind him of the score all night. When he was small I used to buy him Tottenham shirts - before he knew any better

So my cold or flu or something is definately getting worse. So I will stick around here and keep my win with all my germs and you all best stay away. ;) And yeas.. I will be here all night.. since Im too sick to even go to my agility training tonight. :(

Make a pot of chicken soup!!!!

Robert nobody here picks on you unless you start it~well most of the time!:ylol2:
How was your wine then? Did you stay in I hope?

Thats exactly what I plan to do. Some home made chicken-noodles soup. Though I am not sure I have any chicken so it may end up being shrimp noodle soup.

You must have the chicken!!! It's the chicken broth that breaks up the mucous!
Get outa your jammis and run to the market.
FEEL BETTER!:heart::kiss:

When I am feeling unwell I find a large beer always helps - even when I am not feeling well actually

Alcohol is not the answer to everything Robert, I'm sorry to have to be the one to tell you!!! Have a great day, I'm leaving to visit my son and Barb!:ysmile:

In olden days, Victorian England nursing mothers were advised to drink milk stout or guiness
to boost iron stores so some things have their places.
Not that I could stomach any alcohol at all.
Chicken soup has been shown in controlled scientific studies to produce good antibodies
to the cold virus , so you are right Teresa---it must be chicken soup, for optimal outcomes.
Chicken soup cubes were found to be as good as chicken pieces in the studies.
Enjoy your beer Robert-------
Feel better soon Sanni------
Now its my win---------

Trysha, So shrimp soup with chicken broth cube in it then it is. :D

Robert, We had guests over last night and I had way more alcohol then what I am used to having. It seems it did not do ANY good at all. However none of it was a beer.. so cant prove you all wrong.

I just hope that I didnt give what ever it is I have to my table guests. And my "hubby" would not even give me a single kiss all weekend. But then just now I had all 3 of my pets cuddled up with me.. and that does not happen often.

Ah but it made you forget about being ill - so really I am right!!

I just take a Lortab leftover from either (a) migraines severe enough to ask for Rx from family doc, (b) sinus lift and get ready for dental implant surgery (worst surgery I ever had, got bad infection and check swollen out to the UK, and I have had many surgeries), (c) from my foot surgery joint repair and bunion removal, they had to shorten the bone, put three screws in, and shave off two bunions, one on top, and one on the side, (also had bad infection and might need total big toe joint replacement now, but not as bad a sinus lift), (d) dental implant itself. I only took one or two for that as I have a high pain tolerance, and he gave me a week's supply. Saved the rest. Who knows where I got the rest!

And no hangover!

Everyone's gone now again, aren't they? Well! I'll be back in the middle of somebody's discussion with a totally off the wall subject. I've got a headache anyway.

Doug said to let your humira warm up for an hour, not just 20 minutes. I've seen that, and the nurse that came when it was hurting too much confirmed that.

I win!

Are you still having the headache Sandy? Just wondered why the lortab?
Are you hurting? I got to spend the day with my son Glenn again today. It was so nice. You have to understand, I barely saw him for yrs. and when I did it wasn't really him, if you get my jist. So what did you do?

:)The other posts just popped up saying you had a headache. Sorry. Sometimes that happens, or they appear on another page and why, I don't know. Anyway, hope it feels better now and I can have the win for a bit.
I'll be back home Tues. and be on more. While I'm down here I'm visiting as much as can. Most of my fam is down here.:ghug:
PS you owe me an email lady!!!

ppss. FOR SANDY UTE!

Hi Sandy,
I am feeling better but not looking forward to more tests.
Hope you are feeling better.
Hugs and best wishes
Trysha[/QUOTE
Mostly better, but still have a little to medium headache. Sometimes I wonder if I will go totally without a headache again. usually they are just little, though, but annoying. I don't blame you on the tests. Some tests can be very invasive or, well, I'll just say I don't like GI tests. I know you have been not well, but I can't remember how and I don't want to be presumptuous though. (I really am a blond aren't I? Actually, my "thinker" gets a little crazy for a few days after a seizure or really bad headache, and a seizure is actually how I sprained my wrist. It's another way to be "wasted, but with out drugs or alcohol.

I hope all goes well with you though. Being not well really stinks, doesn't it?

Yes, I've had a headache, but I haven't even taken a Lortab. I was being silly. I do tend to save a few extra Lortabs, "just in case." I actually don't like the feel of them unless I'm really, really hurting, and I do have a high pain threshold, even told so by a doctor doing a procedure on me.

And yes, I understand about Glenn. I can imagine how you must value your visits with him. I will send you an e-mail, because I know I'm past due. It just might not make sense because I've been very blond lately. Time to go bye some more hair coloring!:rof:

I hear ya! I just colored mine and I've been an airhead ever since! BRAIN FOG!
No offense to you natural blondes!!!:yfaint:
Hope your headache goes away soon... It is awful always having them!

Thanks Sandy - and yes please tell Doug that I take his advice on Humira - I get it out an hour before hand.:thumleft:

Thanks Robert. I'm glad I found a place where I have so much in common with everyone. Sometimes it's hard talking to someone who hasn't experienced the pain. I think I know well what a woman goes through now. Rofl.

you have NO IDEA what women go through BIO,No idea whatsoever.Robert needs a male supporter but PLEASE don't be like him.You will soon find out that women rule this forum. But if you like a fight please stay. WINNING !!!!!!

I think I know well what a woman goes through now. Rofl.

Don't give them any ammunition on here - they are bad enough as it is (see message above from Carol - Scottsma). If you want to hang around on this thread I do need help keeping them under control - not an easy task for the few men here.

Ah,so you admit you need help.......But I think I may have already scared Bio off...............So will take the win again.Hasn't it been quiet on here lately though?Perhaps I'ts you doing the scaring.

Good morning Carol and Robert. I have to sadly finish all the cleaning and do laundry. I go home tomorrow. That'll be nice. My sister said the Disney cruise was wonderful! My nieces had a ball. Yesterday they all went to the Magic Kingdom. The park(Disney). I hope the weather is good their last day there. Hope you are both well!!!

Hello Teresa

Feels like a fresh start on a Monday - so let's try and attract new people on here.

Hi Teresa,I hope your poorly tummy is better now.I expect you'll be glad to get home but youve had a good time catching up with family eh?............winning

It's not that we don't have fun already - but we keep losing people - Cheryl has gone for good this time. No it's more like handing out leaflets to people as they walk
