I'll tell you about it later, but I think I just helped you win Teresa. I've got to go get a shower before Ashley's staff (someone who takes Ashley out to give us a break) gets here in just a few minutes. This is a warning, though. I'll be b a a c k!
My complex is back, but I really have to go this time. I've got to go to the store, make a shrimp salad, cheater (Rhodes) rolls, then go to to a dinner party with a group of local crohnies and their families. Ashley might be sufficiently recovered from her scolding by then. If she keeps up her attitude tonight, we will tie her to the roof of our car for our 30 minute drive to North Ogden.
no stumbling here, and Ive finished my coffee.
Teresa, I saw a Steelers sticker on a vehicle out in littl' ol Utah the other day. Something seldom seen. Parked next to us. Could it be a sign?
Oh Sandy and Teresa are you guys Steeler fans? :thumleft:
That is my team even if the season is starting off a little rocky.
As for anyone who dont like them, I forgive you.
hi Teresa, i think we may be home in a week or two, we were going to be gone longer, but i have to much to do. summer is getting closer and i have to get the motor assembled for my new boat. really hanging out to go fishing. sitting on the river bank is not the same. how have you been?
723 i actually live in Mississippi but we dont even have a pro team. i probably would not back them anyway. lol
Well so far they do not think my CD is my main problem, but my breakfast got stuck in my throat this morning and they are going to do a swallow test to check for problems there. So I guess upper CD problems might be lingering around.
I think they finally killed this stupid anti-biotic resistant UTI, and the bonus feature to all of this is that they realize that I put out way to much urine. They are doing a special collection test to see if my kidneys are functioning properly.
I call it the bonus because I have always been a big pee-pee person I just thought I had a small bladder, never realized that it is a medical problem.
awww man :ymad: 723 thanks for letting me know. i had not looked at the schedule this week. oh well i guess i will have to watch my husbands team play.
thanks and ttyl
well i guess i will take advantage and slip in for the win! :lol2:
hi Kirsty, eye doc on tues, hope to have the boat in the water for xmas. you should come up for a holiday, have you thought of a name for the boat. maybe Teresa could name it? as Debs didnt like the one i chose.
Gliding in for a smooth win----

Thought I had better come back for a while - 6pm - time for a glass of wine!!!!!

723

Now for you TRYSHA. TRY SHAgin I win.
Robert I notice that you already stay in enough trouble on here. You better become a Steeler fan or its just gonna get worse.:hallo3:
Teresa and Wifey, I've actually been looking for a pro team to support. There were so many choices. Ute players (Alex Smith) have gone to the Forty-Niners, Steve Smith went to the Carolina Panthers, etc. Before you even said anything, Teresa, I knew it was a bye week for the Steelers. Next week they play my bro-in law's team, the eagles. Big and long time fan. However, when I found out from Doug that one of my favorite players, Stevenson Sylvester is a I line backer for the Steelers, you've convinced me to become part of the Steelers Nation. Now look what you did!
So my cold or flu or something is definately getting worse. So I will stick around here and keep my win with all my germs and you all best stay away. And yeas.. I will be here all night.. since Im too sick to even go to my agility training tonight.
Make a pot of chicken soup!!!!
Thats exactly what I plan to do. Some home made chicken-noodles soup. Though I am not sure I have any chicken so it may end up being shrimp noodle soup.
You must have the chicken!!! It's the chicken broth that breaks up the mucous!
Get outa your jammis and run to the market.
FEEL BETTER!:heart::kiss:
When I am feeling unwell I find a large beer always helps - even when I am not feeling well actually
Robert, We had guests over last night and I had way more alcohol then what I am used to having. It seems it did not do ANY good at all.
Ah but it made you forget about being ill - so really I am right!!
I just take a Lortab leftover from either (a) migraines severe enough to ask for Rx from family doc, (b) sinus lift and get ready for dental implant surgery (worst surgery I ever had, got bad infection and check swollen out to the UK, and I have had many surgeries), (c) from my foot surgery joint repair and bunion removal, they had to shorten the bone, put three screws in, and shave off two bunions, one on top, and one on the side, (also had bad infection and might need total big toe joint replacement now, but not as bad a sinus lift), (d) dental implant itself. I only took one or two for that as I have a high pain tolerance, and he gave me a week's supply. Saved the rest. Who knows where I got the rest!
And no hangover!
The other posts just popped up saying you had a headache. Sorry. Sometimes that happens, or they appear on another page and why, I don't know. Anyway, hope it feels better now and I can have the win for a bit.
I'll be back home Tues. and be on more. While I'm down here I'm visiting as much as can. Most of my fam is down here.:ghug:
PS you owe me an email lady!!!
Trysha, you are always sneaking in. How are you? You okay?
Hi Sandy,
I am feeling better but not looking forward to more tests.
Hope you are feeling better.
Hugs and best wishes

Mostly better, but still have a little to medium headache. Sometimes I wonder if I will go totally without a headache again. usually they are just little, though, but annoying. I don't blame you on the tests. Some tests can be very invasive or, well, I'll just say I don't like GI tests. I know you have been not well, but I can't remember how and I don't want to be presumptuous though. (I really am a blond aren't I? Actually, my "thinker" gets a little crazy for a few days after a seizure or really bad headache, and a seizure is actually how I sprained my wrist. It's another way to be "wasted, but with out drugs or alcohol.
I hope all goes well with you though. Being not well really stinks, doesn't it?
Are you still having the headache Sandy? Just wondered why the lortab?
Are you hurting? I got to spend the day with my son Glenn again today. It was so nice. You have to understand, I barely saw him for yrs. and when I did it wasn't really him, if you get my jist. So what did you do?
Teresa, what does PPSS stand for? I'm acronym illiterate.
Yes, I've had a headache, but I haven't even taken a Lortab. I was being silly. I do tend to save a few extra Lortabs, "just in case." I actually don't like the feel of them unless I'm really, really hurting, and I do have a high pain threshold, even told so by a doctor doing a procedure on me.
And yes, I understand about Glenn. I can imagine how you must value your visits with him. I will send you an e-mail, because I know I'm past due. It just might not make sense because I've been very blond lately. Time to go bye some more hair coloring!:rof:
Thanks Robert. I'm glad I found a place where I have so much in common with everyone. Sometimes it's hard talking to someone who hasn't experienced the pain. I think I know well what a woman goes through now. Rofl.
