we're taking kiddo #1 out to dinner for his birthday ( maybe even a movie) so we all win in our household.

I think I will win now. Weekend went by way WAY too fast. Had an awesome dinner at a friends place on saturday. Was really impressed. They set a high standard (we sort of take turns with making dinner to one an other). Also supposed to sign my work agreement for the rest of the year. So yay! for not becomming unemployed tomorrow. :D
 
Sanni, you are so optimistic and cute. I just love your sparkling personality. As for me, this grouch is taking the win back, then going back to bed. Bee good all. No fighting sheriff Bob.

You should be scared. I spend too much time looking to see who has posted every time (well, sometimes I ignore it) I get a tone on my phone saying I have a new email. How ya doing Trev?
 
8hrs !!! WHAT is happening to this thread and the usual bunch of Loonies who post on it ??? Has it run its course,and are we all going to be sensible and serious in the future ??? Seems to me like there's a lot of regulars missing. Shame..........Maybe I will be the last poster and therefore the ULTIMATE WINNER.....Thankyou all. :ghug:
 
quick win before my busy day starts. only 7 sleeps till we go on holiday till xmas, cant wait.
 
I win cause I'm :( I really want to hit the next sod that rushes past me to get off the plane, rather than let me get my handbag, walking stick and coat, and leave the plane without getting pushed around
 
I never can understand the hurry people have to get off the plane. The second the seatbelt light is off people ar rushing to their feet to get up and go. Not like they are getting out any faster that way. Cheer up Aura.

I'm off to a three hour psych eval now (#@$¿ disability people decided after years of disability from heart problems, seizure problems, and stroke to see if I was crazy too. We all know that I am, because our government is making us that way.)

I really need a vacation/holiday now!! About three hours of testing later, including interviews, puzzles, memory tests, etc. done. Came home and slept the rest of the day. I hope this government shut down helps them take a look at themselves, too. Utah is the sixth in the nation for how many people affected by this "furlough" because of nearby Hill Air Force Base, etc. Just have to complain. That is my job.

This being the Northern Hemisphere it's over for the Next 6mnths,sob !!!

We could live dangerously and pitch up in a damp muddy field surrounded by leafless trees,with frost on the windows and frozen pipes,but would you,in all honesty ?.......Enjoy yourselves,and have a whip round for our heating bill.:eek:
 
in this case, yes. time for me to go make bunny stew, er, chicken for dinner. The Utes play tonight, going to the game, probably not back until tomorrow. Enjoy your short time win.
