Hi Carol...yes I have been packing ready to go...Made a mistake with the day which is Wednesday nov 25.....
Can't be soon enough....
Mandy we need the stomach acid .Hydrochloric acid,for its various functions in the digestive process which starts in the mouth and then is continued in the stomach
The acid is a barrier to most bacteria,notable exceptions being Vibrio cholera and H.pylori.
Other factors coming into play are the digestive enzymes...etc
So you can see how important the acid is ,mwithout it people can get bacterial overgrowth syndrome...one of many GI disorders.

I think my stomach acids are way over producing win (if you can call it that), that's why esophagus is inflamed and irritated during recent upper endoscopy. Foster kiddo is here today, but right now he and Doug are at train hobby shop. Can't go because half asleep and can't go too far from bathroom today. Foster kiddo was informed that he was not wanted at thanksgiving celebration the rest of his adoptive mother's family having next week. No wonder he has attachment issues. :voodoo: :voodoo: :voodoo: I see a colonoscopy in my not too distant future. Grrr. Not happy today, except happy we get some time with foster son, problems and all.
