Was blind but now I see!:eek2:

Kirsty I looked up the cystittus thing and it sounds so painful. I sure hope they can do something to give you relief. Hugs!:ghug:

me too, your too young to go thru all you have.

I think it's time for an Alaskan cruise soon, what do ya think?

I do like to laugh, great to have photos where you are cracking up laughing. Life is too short not to smile :)

yes it is. Nobody would know how to take me at first because I can have a dry sense of humor and nobody knows if I'm serious or not. it is fun to make people guess.

the pics you sent me are taking forever to download, Angel Lady, but I will get them.

They did for me too. I had to do it one at a time and slowly they came up. It is a miracle I even got one from vacation. I couldn't find mine! But I did find a few of Mike's of the mustangs. SHHH, I am not allowed in there!!!!:lol2:

Well hun, it is 2:17 am and I better get to bed. So I am saying goodnight to you girls! Don't stay up too late now! TTYT.:ghug:

your two hours ahead of me and I'm going to bed too. you are up late tonight . Sleep well. good luck with your appointment Kirsty. Love to all!

Cant sleep. Must go to agility training. And make food. And the house really needs a cleaning too. I used to have so much time when I was not at work. lol

I was going to say to make that your pic too. Its so good!

Its the same place I was at last year. Insurance company. So i allready know what I am doing and know all the people there. Fun to be back. Its just for 3 months this time.

Anyways.. got to run.
*hugs*

Thanx sweetie! Glad you like working there, it makes all the differnce in the world. I posted a picture of my hubby on my albums if you want to see what he looks like!:heart::heart:

Thankyou Sandy, yes we had a good time, very peaceful. But then my life is always peaceful,as you know.Did you get your results yet ? I hope it was good news.

Hope you enjoyed the trip, Carol. Welcome back![/Q

Thanks Cheryl,we did have a good time, but I'm also glad to be back.I'm a bit of a home-body really.Although we do go away every month or so during the summer and autumn.(weather permitting that is)haha

I get results Friday, and I'm not sure what would constitute good news right now. If nothing shows up (doubtful), that would just mean they missed any "events." I didn't have any grand mals that week, but think I had a "simple partial" or two, (had some times I didn't feel right, although not my typical "seizure aura") but not positive (a partial seizure where you don't lose consciousness). Could also show "sharp spikes" which is consistent with seizure disorder. It did that last year. The good news would be if they could stop it altogether. I also had lots of "myoclonic jerks" - a brief muscle or set of muscle twitches. mine usually affect my left hand and arm and then end up throwing my head backward a little. Annoying and sometimes embarrassing. when it happens with the right arm/ hand I've been known to fling food at people  when eating, or a pen when writing. it is a weird sensation.

Well,I don't know what to say Sandy.Let's wait 'til Friday eh and see what turns up.You're always a cheerful soul (publically anyway) and you deserve a break as does Doug xx

I'm anxious, though, to get results because that is first step in finding the right meds or treatment. I guess for those who have had bowel obstructions, it is kind of like knowing where the obstruction is and how bad so they can know how to treat it. I just know my old neuro was lost as to what to do. Hopefully, this one can give me better answers.
Thanks, though Carol. I wasn't trying to put you on the spot. It is a just wait and see what to do situation. The good thing is, since my last med change after my TIAs, I have had a lot less problems (minus the couple weeks after my dad's stroke because I was stressed not knowing what was going to happen, which can bring on seizures.) At any rate, as long as things are going in a positive direction, I am happy. :)

I have myositis which is similar. My muscles just keep jerking in my arms mostly, sometimes legs.
No Grand mas last week is because I was on vacation, me being a grandma and all!:ylol:

ha ha, you're funny! Do you know what caused your myositis? it's it related to your fibromyalgia? Now that I ask my questions. I have to run until later tonight. :(
my massage lady is coming and I'm trying to clear out my craft room ( Ashley's old room) so she can have a spot to set up her table.

with that, I definitely win!

You poor thing! Yes, myositis is related to fibro she said.

I need a day off.... How do people do it 8 hours a day? I am only doing 5 and I am exhausted. Getting tired to the point of getting cranky. I like the job, but dont like it I cant have time to myself anymore.

Trying to go to bed early.. but then I have to get up 30 min earlier tomorrow too.. so not sure I will win any sleep.

I bet you will notice a difference then. I hope so hon! I have to go for now. Sleep tight and sweet dreams!:bigwave:

Hope so too. But I am off to bed now if I really plan to be in it earlier then normally. So good night to you all.

Me either, Sanni. Never really notice a difference after I give myself my B12 shot. wonder if I need D as well in a shot. I've always worked 40 hours a week, but just used to being tired.

Hi Everybody
Just love your new picture Teresa......very fetching.
Good luck with your urology appointment Aura
It is something I dread in June..
Just gotta win now.......

Sorry Trysh, your win was short! Hope you are doing well!
It has been quiet on here lately!
Everyone have a great win while I go sit with my hubs.:ghug:

Hi everyone else. Doug is happy. he has his tablet back, repaired. I'm sure he will post here soon, he was just laughing at a video nogutsnoglory posted in the humor section somewhere. It really was funny, I just saw it! :) I didn't get my massage as I developed a migraine, thank goodness it is getting a lot better now, so I still win, even without a massage.

I was just going to ask. I'm glad you and yours are safe. that is scary. you will be in prayers too because it is so close. Glori is too because I believe she lives in Boston. are you okay, emotionally?

Yeah I am good. Just shocked it is scary when stuff like this happens so close to home. I heard the blast, but I just thought it was thunder or Ft. Hood, but when I got home from church I realized it was a lot worse. West is about 30 minutes north of us so it did not effect us. But tonight there are a lot of high winds, and a thunderstorm is on its way too, so that is really going to make recovery hard.

Here's a kirsty update. Went to specialist, very good listener. He wants to help me find out what's going on. So on Monday I am having a ct scan. On Tuesday he is taking a bladder biopsy during cystoscopy

Good morning all! I am in a somber mood. My friend has lost her mother inlaw and the Boston bombings and now in Texas. We do need to sober up in this country and pray for America....:ghug:

Kirsty, we will be praying for a good outcome for you!

Still tired today. Cant wait for the weekend. I have a vet apointment for the "girls" (cats) in a couple hours so no time te relax again today. Gointo try to eat something before I have to go again.

Cats are all good. Just got their shots updated and some stuff for the other ones stinky breath. lets hope that helps. Now to cook.. something.. not sure what. Not really hungry. ..

It really is quiet here.

Glad the girls are well Sanni. Are your vets as expensive as ours over here?I've just been for Alfies pain meds today. He will be on Metacam for life as he has arthritis in his spine and one leg.Sometimes the amount on the bill looks like a telephone number.:ymad:

I am back - but only briefly. Going to Switzerland again in the morning - then back on Monday to restore some order on here.

Welcome back stranger.I've just come back from the Cheviots. Not Switzerland granted, but a nice break nonetheless. Now go and rinse your smalls and put them on the radiator ready for tomorrow. But don't wash the ones with the red hearts with the white ones,or the colour will run.And pink bloomers are so not a good look on a man.:lol2:

The vet I go to is kind of a family friend and I think she gives me a discount. I just paid 60€ for the 2 of them to get their shots. 10€ for the med for Aamus teath, but that was most likely normal price since I don't think she takes a profit on the meds anyways. I think she left out the "clinic bill" from me which is about 15€ to add to the bill. So not too bad.

When Wilho had his colonoscopy last year that cost about 900€.. but he has insurance so I think I paid about 200 of it.

Now, Carol, what's that saying? Only REAL men will wear pink......

To match his boozers nose and his (cigar smokey) bloodshot eyes.:lol2:

Ah,poor Robert,he's only been back 5mins and we've started already....Robert,Cheryls really really sorry:ylol:

I only thanked you because it is nice to see the stranger again, even if you are stranger than others.

Kirsty, my dear, are you worrying? what do you want to do on our Alaskan cruise? are we going to the buffet where you can teach the chefs to cook? sitting on the deck watching wildlife? ( or men)? or shore excursions?

Just hade a nice little walk in the rain. They have finally cleared some of the walkways off oll the gravel they put durring winter so its nice to walk again. And the rain has really cleared up the air and taken a lot of the dust away. Hope it stays like this for a couple days now.
