It was awesome! But yesterday every muscle in my body hurt. ouch.. I am not as sore today and I conquered my fear of heights on the high ropes course! I just kept telling myself, If I can beat Crohn's I can beat this!

Good for you! I guess you are all healed up from your surgery? That's great, you youngsters heal fast!:lol2:[/QUOT
I guess so! They told me six weeks and it has been more then that. I also went back to the gym last week too, but I am still having a few issues. I hope that after I finish this round of laxatives I hope that everything will be back on track again. If you know what I mean
I thought she already got it Bee? Saying prayers!

it takes a while to heal all the way. Doug's doctor told him about six weeks for major healing, but up to a year to feel all the way normal again after his resection and fistula repair.
Yep pretty much the winner!
Hi Bee! We had chicken tenders and salad. Made a grilled chicken salad and had that. But it wasn't grilled. Nums!
yes, but salads often bother my tummy, and always bother Doug's. have to get my greens other ways.
Chewing on green popcycles? LOL
I know I have IBS. once in a while I will eat a salad if it doesn't have a lot of things in it. the more types of raw veggies, the worse it is. raw zucchini is better than cucumber. cucumber does a number, but I love it.
didn't you know that Utahns are known for our green jello? :rof: it is a joke around here.
the next marathon in the US is in Salt Lake City, this coming weekend. :O
The seedless kind are best. They don't bother me. Now green pepper does really bad!!!
I think green pepper is what got me Saturday ( and too much sugar). I also live cooked green pepper in different dishes, but it doesn't like me.
Really? It's in Pittsburgh in two weeks. They were talking about how they are adding much more restrictions and more police presence which to me won't change a thing. They seem to succeed if they really want to do something like that.:ymad:

Me either! Now if u roast them and remove the skin and seeds and membrane. they are fine.
Fried potatoes with onion and green peppers then add cut up hotdog. Then at the end add eggs whipped and let it cook in and scramble and them put cheese all over the top and melt under the broiler!!!!
I always remove seeds and membrane, but it still doesn't like me. I haven't tried roasted in ages though, with skin removed.
Just put them on a cookie sheet under broiler till black. then put in a brown bag and let sit ten min. and then the skin comes right off.
Yep pretty much the winner!
Probably right! Sometimes they don't at first and then I check back and they are there. Weird!(Pictures)
doesnt matter how many times you say it, it still doesnt make it so.
hi guys.

hi guys.
it told me a few times that pics weren't available. I even tried e-mailing to my other Google email account
Me too. I saw a pretty nasty pic in begging of news coverage when just happened. it was enough.

Are you still traveling?
I'm so jealous Bee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:frown:

What went wrong with his? Too much humidity from being in the bathroom??? LOL!:lol2:
I'd hate to put gas in that thing!!! My Monte Carlo is bad enough. Have to get it fixed Friday. A support for my exhaust came off and it got a little louder.
Tell Doug I'm just kidding! I just remember you saying he took it in the bathroom with him!:lol2:
he knows, he was laughing. he asked how you were.
Just wrote am feeling crappy all of a sudden.
Yeah it would be. Its agility with the dog. He does a course that has different obsticles in it. Like jumps and tunnels. I just run with him and tell him where to go and what to do. Its so much fun (but I am not fast enough).
Something like this. We are not this fast. But it gives an idea of what we do.

We wont. But we will have fun if we go. Wilho loves agility.
I am so tired. Not sure I can do the 5 hours that I am committed to. I dont have time or energy to cook a good dinner and I know I am supposed to eat well. Having bread and tea now, but I should be to bed allready. Hard to adapt to a new schedule.
Where the heck is everyone???
