I started on 1st August but the store will not be ready until 1st November - it will be London's finest cigar store in the best possible location - so I am keeping busy with all kinds of preparation / opening parties, etc.

Have to have minor sugery found out today. Sometime in Sept. so you crohnnie's will all have to come see me!:) I'd appreciate at least a card!:hug:
 
Hello Everybody
Thank you for thinking of me.
I have been in the throes of moving from house to apartment----bit hairy scary but surviving.
Have just been reconnected to the world ie telephone, internet, tv---
The house sold within three days of posting but they wanted an earlydate so they got it.!
Hard on me though but have wonderful friends who helped so much.
I had surgery in July to remove a bladder tumour which was benign thank goodness...all that worry over nothing.
However Crohn's was activated at this time and I think the surgery in its way caused this----the joys of living---or should I say existing!!
Now enjoying the peace of a beautiful and very quiet apartment with trees outside the windows.

Poor bugger is going through the motions of his prep kit.:poop: He's more paranoid about me & making sure I'm ok then he is. He's the one going through the ungodly prep kit?!?!?
 
Twas the night before stewing, when all through the house
Not a wabbit was stirring nor even a mouse.
The kettle was hung by the chimney with care, awaiting the wabbit that soon would be there.
When out on the lawn their arose such a clatter ,a hunter whose ax was so sharp it did chatter.
He came in the door and swung to the right in hopes that the wabbit would still be in sight.
He wan to the wabbit and yanked his white tail and chopped off his head as wabbit did wail.
Now the stew is all simmering, and we're cozy and warm.
Awaiting our dinner and smiling once more.....:):):):):):):)


PUTTING THIS BACK UP SO WABBIT SEES IT IN THE MORNING!:ylol2:

Well OK,you can have it,but only because I have to take Alfie out before my knees seize up.(had a good walk along the sea front earlier)

Relieved the move is complete----now to unpack all the boxes and find places for everything-------not the same as a house though but very secure.
I can see who is in the lobby on my computer!

Anyone have any experience with vertigo? Was into urgent care for dizzy spells and it is either low iron/B12 (may need weekly injections) or possibly vertigo. Sigh. Feeling like death today, the nausea and dizziness is intolerable.
 
Sorry Chickie!!! Vertigo can be a speck on an eardrum. My friend and Mom get it. They lay on a bed with head hanging backwards upside down off bed on the side the problem is to get the speck to come off eardrum 20 minute intervals several times a day. :hug:
 
I win, I had a dream I was on a launch fishing. The only downside was I hooked a stingray. It proved to be a total bugger to get the hook out of. Then all it's guts spilled out. But at least the fishing rod all survived for another cast, :)

Actually I studied dreams and there meanings - I was intrigued by this one, but I have no doubt what it means ........................................................ It means you are a complete nut job.

bait still slow, bit early in the season. fishing might have to be after xmas then, as we are heading south in a month til xmas and Debs is going to Vanuatu in a week.
 
I have been admitted :-(

Potassium levels really low and caused heart problems. Took a full IV of potassium and it didn't budge my levels. Am now hooked up to two IVs, one in each arm, and a heart monitor to make sure I keep ticking lol.
 
I begged and begged and they let me come home. Potassium levels up but ecg still a bit off. On a new prescription, see doc tuesday, a nephrologist next week, and an endocrinologist. But who cares? I'm home!
 
Well rest up, how far is the hospital from your home? When is your next remicade due?
