Did you know that by 2023 there will be 70 million people living in the UK. Now that's a lot of people on a 'small' island
 
"A walk in the Woods" and" Downunder" also make good light reading. Just now I'm reading "By the seat of my pants" which is a collection of true short stories by well known travel writers.I keep waiting for Roberts name to pop up,him being an international man of mystery and all that.
 
Oh !!! show some respect young man,you wouldn't catch Robert being so crass ...........on second thoughts,nobody does it better than Robert,but that's because he's a LOT older and has had more practise. So back OFF !!!

If you think that about me, what must you think about Dusty, who is much worse.

Also, as you will know from my other posts, I am severally mentally ill and also autistic - which now makes you exponentially worse than me or Dusty.

I don't whine Wabbit,I just tell it like it is, That the female of the species is far superior than the male......We can do the laundry,cook a meal,nurse a baby,make coffee,talk on the phone, write a shopping list AND win this game......ALL AT THE SAME TIME !!! I bid you good night friend,while I rest my weary bones in preparation for tomorrows battle.

How do we define smarter?

Ability to answer general knowledge / trivia questions (my ex-wife beat me hands down on that one)?

Leadership abilities?

Survival on a desert island?

Being an expert in your field (from a surgeon to a trades-person)?

Common sense?

Being a true and decent person?

Huh! I don't know but men are still smarter than women

I am doing good thanks Carol. I have a doctor tomorrow so will see what my labs have to say about feeling tired. Ether it is explained with the labs or its just the darkness. Wish it would snow so we would get a bit more light.
 
I was supposed to jab Doug Friday, but we forgot, Saturday, got too busy, Sunday, not feeling well, and I got out of it again today, so Doug wins because he doesn't like needles, and I win, because I didn't have to stab/ shoot him. Go Utes!
 
Just when we were having a civilized afternoon,you turn up !!! All we need is Robert,and the day will really be ruined.
 
Do you think we will have a Christmas Party this year - not sure we can get the numbers or someone who will allow cigars
 
It will either have to be at yours or alfresco for those with a cigar intolerance.personally I don't have a problem either way.Plenty good whisky and the cold won't be a problem.Getting enough people is a problem. You,of course, are to blame for that.Maybe we should just go on a pensioners trip Spain,and you could embarrass your daughter by twerking to Mistletoe and Wine.

I think we should go where we're going to be waited on and pampered.No shopping,cooking,washing up.Just good food,good wine (whine) good conversation and lying around like loppy dogs.........problem is,there are only a few people on this thread who I don't want to head butt !!!
