I wondered where you had been GJ - now we know.

Running is great - a bit like the beer and cigar after.

Yes, I have been training to run a marathon. So I have been starting slow with a 5k and working my way up. I took 3rd in my age bracket and I am doing another one in about a month.

Hey sweeper how you doing?

Doing OK except I have developed another crohns related symptom. Arthritis. It came on suddenly and is in my knees, ankles, left elbow, right shoulder. After reading in the forum wiki I am sure it is enteralpathic arthritis, which only occurs in folks with CD.

I have been around the forum and check in on LOW every so often. Will have to do so more often and secure the win for Team Utah. :hallo3:

One thing that has happened. My Essential Tremor is under the best control ever and it was my discovery that low magnesium can cause tremor that seems to have done it. I started taking 400 mg Magnesium per day this week and my arms and legs are no longer shaking at all. Propranalol had it under good control, the magnesium has brought it to 100% stillness. I have suspected for a while now my tremor was caused by some deficiency that was caused by our wonderful Crohn's Disease.

Actually I am working but smoking and a large Cognac - some might call it work.

Whatever happened to Cheryl - clearly she could not stand the pace. Sends her 'love' huh! That no good - tell her to send money

Money is the root of all evil---
Love is patient, love is kind....
