the sun is shining, it almost Cheryl's birthday, my dog has been out for the morning (and has a new secret love with a rubber chicken in a ref's uniform), all is right with the world, so let's have a party. Kirsti, will you bbq?
 
Well just plain toast sounds really good. Not sure why. I may have to get that sort of bread next time I get grocerys.

Here rye bread is more used then white and all storese have it.
 
I was just thinking about you Jamie. windy city huh? I have some cousins there .. somewhere. I only met them once about 30 years ago.

YAY!!! I love when the family gets a new baby. If my grandson who is to be 20 had a baby with his to be wife, it would make me at 55 a great grandma and my grandma a great,great,great grandma!!!!:biggrin:
 
This is the first 4th generation to our family. As in the first of my cousins to have a baby. Sadly no grandparrents alive to see it. :( Most of us are above or nearly 30. And I only have 4 cousins (on my moms side.. dad's side does not count). Se this baby has a lot of people very exited to see him since he is the first. We will probably go to the hospital to see him tomorrow. Fun.
 
OMG. I don't think I hold babys.... I am better with children above the age of 2. ;)
I will see if I get one taken. Just for you Teresa.

Honey if I could do it at age 12, you can too! I babysat a newborn at age 12. I would never trust a 12 yr. old with my newborn, but this woman did and her 4 yr. old son!

Hi sweets! It hasn't stopped snowing here ALL day! Tmoro to get 3 more in. Which do you like better, rain or snow???
 
Sometimes----was not too bad this time but more is expected--hope it blows to the other side of the lake (Lake Ontario)
I don't want to keep shifting it from the driveway and sidewalk---my neighbours are so good, quite often by the time I get up it is all cleared,none of us are youngsters!
 
That is so nice. My landlord has a snowblower and does it alot, but my hubs gets out there and does his and the elderly lady across the street too and ours.
 
I have gone to bed to read listening to rain on roof with fan going. Hubs watching horror or scifi film
 
coffee, I don't think they caught it.

I didn't see any superb owls or hawks or eagles at all today, but I did see a superb game.

well, I'm late for every appointment I go to, it seems, but that's not the same.I'm actually doing well! don't know if I will ever get rid of the #@// seizures, but I'm feeling better, thanks to a couple of (non-damaging) mini strokes or tias and the docs playing around with my meds. Bug, I don't know where she is, I wish she would come back!
