not sleeping, sqeaking on phone about kiddos. They never go away, even when foster kiddos, and someone else getting paid to keep them.

I still have to (and Doug too) get to clean up emotional messes caused by either kid 1, or parent of kid 2, who claims everything is perfect and fired the therapist. come on, even perfect :eek:me needs a therapist.

I missed this post somehow. snow just starting. I just sent Doug out to get us dinner. since we have different dietary needs, a shake for him, me potato chips and dip.
 
I looked back several pages, and the only little green buttons/lights I see on is yours Doug. Utes win again, still, always.

BEE CAREFUL CHERYL, :heart:stay home if you can! We are supposed to get ice till noon. Glad I am not going anywhere till after that Friday.

don't worry, Trev, the pj night is at the Ute home, and I'm wearing sweat pants and a bleach spotted pink t-shirt from Wisconsin, where I caught my first fish.
 
the chips, dip, and donuts were all good. after movie, we watched a documentary about Utah. interesting slant on history of our state. My great, great grandfather even has a canyon named after him going from Salt Lake City eastward. He was murdered in Arkansas about the same time when the US declared war on Utah, and most of the soldiers (nothing to do with his murder though) came from Arkansas. It caused a little unrest in Utah though, because of the coincidence. Part of my Pratt lineage, should anybody care to know (which I know is not). However, the more I jabber, the more I win. Thanks for that idea king! (Pratts and Holbrooks never loose, we just get murdered.)

I'm still waiting, and winning, Bobbie Bear (night meds are not knocking me out, as usual, because C-paps and coughs don't mix.)
 
I thought I was jabbering. I like that term. glad to see you. I was getting bored and Bobbie Bear is playing chicken.

She has been under alot of stress lately !!!LOL.Actually too much diet coke will do that to you!

I'm really okay, extremely bored in middle of night when can't sleep. And a lot of stress and diet coke. and coughing wakes me up. worried for my dad's wife. She stresses easily:D

a little worried about Trysha. know what it is like to have a home broken into. you feel so violated.

other than that, and nobody would come out to play, I am fine :D :D :D

I do see my therapist tomorrow, first time in three weeks as she went out of town, and so much to tell Kellie poor lady, so I'll try to keep it to a dull roar until then. I'll go sit in my corner for time out for awhile. poor, poor, poor Doug.

Worrying does absolutely no good at all. I know I do once in awhile but try my best to give it over to God!:D:heart:
 
Sorry Robbie, no can do! Clynn is in the midst of a terrible ice storm. I have a feeling they lost power. They were to get several inches of ice.:ywow:

Missouri governer has declared a state of emergency in the state. But the worst of the ice seems to be over. I looked it up to see. Hopefully it won't freeze back up when rush hour rolls aroung. Hope you are safe at home Cheryl!!!:biggrin:

I'm good I'm not sure if you are beating us we will have to wait and see, Robert dearest. Hey Mama T I am good. Tired after *** nd had silly nightmares, so I am pleased to b awake
 
That's funny, I was ahving nightmares all night last night and didn't feel rested when I awoke. My husband always wakes me up when I do and last night, I told him to just let me go, because then I can'tget back to sleep for a long time. Wonder what causes them? I think stress and the meds probably!I'll just say "sweet dreams" from now on!!!:D:heart:

God gave us feelings, like worrying, for a reason too. Sometimes it protects us. The trick is knowing the balance. Sometimes God wants us to figure it out ourselves, to learn to protect us and others.

God even gave us anger. remember the story of Christ and the money changers? if Christ had emotions, which He did, well, you know.

The gospel according to Sandy and all that.

I'm missing Robert, not! Just teasing him as I don't hear from him much anymore. I slept all morning yesterday so I guess I have had too much sleep. Or I miss hubs as he is away for 7 nights.

I had to shovel snow to dig out the driveway just to get to work...my car kept getting stuck, lol! Took me 30 minutes to get out of my driveway, should have just stayed home.

We were thinking of you yesterday C and some of us were praying too. Did you get alot of ice where you live?:ack:
 
Where we are, it was just a layer under the snow, but oh my, it came down so fast and so long. Kansas City areas got hit hard too. Thanks for the prayers, always welcomed and needed.

my phone is dying, so hope I am able to post. I just finished therapy (hard one this week), and now eating a lovely lunch of quiche Lorraine and salad greens. I need a nap!

I'm glad everyone is awake that needs/wants to be, safe and warm (even if it is at work), and hope everyone is having a fantastic day.

Had a lazy day here! Freezing rain but not on the roadways, so I was able to go over the Post office and mail out some things. Sandy glad you had your therapy. Fill me in on how it went! Missing you all! Seems quiet lately. Carol get back on creative word game and rhymetime. I'm having problems and they make me feel better!!:D:wink:
Kirst, have a cup for me, I can't handle it right now! Maybe some tea would be nice!
