Sorry Trev - it is beer only for the guys - you know how it is. Cheryl has had her drink delivered - but the Bank would not let her have it.
 
Actually it reminded me of one of my favourite jokes - but not sure if it works in Canada / US - I will put it on the joke thread!
 
I feel silly saying all I want is a diet coke and an extra provigil to keep me awake.

And btw, sex on the beach is a very nice light drink. Not too much alcohol, enough to make you feel good, and uber tasty! :ybiggrin:

Not to be a bummer, but Vicky convinced the judge after we left the courthouse to let my grandaughter stay with her till the school year is up. Her way of trying to convince Fantasia once again her Dad is a crum.Once she has her in her evil clutches again. Well Glenn is filing a contest of court and hopefully she'll still get to live with him. She cryed and said she didnt want to go back to that hellhole!!! Poor girl. So I am not a happy camper right now. Thought we had won!!!:(:(:(

i had to google that drink because i didn't believe you. seems you have to drink it without using your hands, how appropriate.

How could that even happen??? Without you there as well?? That seems like it wouldnt even be legal. I would think an appeal would be easy enough... Oh T. I dont even know what to day. While we were talking on the phone you were so happy I literally teared up. I forget, how old is Fantasia?

He has to file that right away. I dont even think that its legal!!!! As always, I am praying for you and your family. I will pray a little more for Fantasia. :(

I am seriously ok everyone. I know God has a plan and a purpose. So we will win in His time. Hopefully tho~soon! I just feel so sorry for her because she didn't want to go back to that hellhole she said. Vicky is on drugs too which shocks me they let her go. She tested positive for marijuana. They are making her go to drug classes. Glenn is sad, but like me knows he will end up getting her because she wants to live with him. Only a matter of time. Friday is Dec. 21, 2012 so I hope we are still here to win. I believe something will happen, just not sure what. Hope I am wrong!!!!:ghug:

I have my MRI in the am. Hope it all goes well. Not too nervous I had one a long time ago on my knee so I know what to expect.

One of my friends is too at the moment last sat she got told her mum had liver and lung cancer and had 1-2 mths love. My friend got home on ue and her mum died on Wed so very sad and at this time of year too. All she wanted was a happy christmas- as this time last year her brother died and two months earlier her father died. Its all sad and I love her heaps but cant do much from here apart from email her everyday.

I told her that hobbits have two breakfasts so we will have two Christmas' and have one when she is in the mood for it when she comes back to NZ.

I call my little sister Jamie P. Dunno why. Have for about 20 yrs. she hated it so I kept doing it. Now even the family does. lol!

Good morning to all also! (Even though it is going on noon here. hehehe) I hope that all of you are doing as well as can be. I'm doing well after a long winter's nap. I noticed I had the win for about seven hours up above. that was a nice Christmas present. to do a Robert, (eek!) so what are some of everyones favorite Christmas memories?:ysmile::ysmile::ysmile:
 
Just heard that where one of my sisters lives, in Ely, Nevada (a high altitude desert location) the temp got to -17° f. Brrrrr!
 
Listening to Il Divo right now, baking banana chocolate chip muffins and drinking tea. :)

A good Christmas memory is coming this year, hubby and I have a Hawaii cruise booked for next fall. Mom wanted to go but Dad said no. Christmas morning she will unwrap a flower lei and find out they're going too!

Fave past memory, my son wrote a letter to Santa asking him not to bring him any presents at all and to bring me a diamond ring instead. Single mom at the time, I went and bought one and put it in my stocking and the look on his face was priceless. He was so proud of himself to see me open it. He was 6 at the time. He's a damn good kid. :)

We have a 12 night caribbean in april, hawaii in sept and panama canal feb 2014. Tell Deb I said she can quit the job to cruise with me lol

I had to scrimp and save for the one small cruise I have been on with two of my sisters, and probably have been paying for ever since (borrow from Peter to pay Paul), and I don't know how we are going to do it, but one day Doug and I are going on an Alaskan cruise.

how come is it that I complain about kiddo for months, then when the mom-to-be graciously tells me that she has no problem if Ashley still calls me mom, I feel like spitting in her face and saying I am her mom, you dope! The mamma bear comes out and wants to protect cub and title.
 
I book my cruises cheap, get lots of onboard credit, transfer it to an agent to get further discount and then watch prices weekly and tap into price drops.

Deb has to work to keep me in the lifestyle i have become accustom to.

I had me checked, and keep having me checked weekly because I do have an anxiety disorder, but my therapist said that minus the anxiety disorder (and a little situational depression), but I have no personality disorders and I am very sane. She also said my mother is the crazy one .
 
nobody can work hard enough to keep me in the lifestyle to which I have become accustomed. that's why I have situational depression. but Doug does make up for it with his charm and exceptionally good nature, plus good looks.

Dee, is there particular cruise line you prefer and why? I'm always dreaming.

My fav Christmas memory? Too many. But they all involve a Christmas eve party at my house for my family. The staple main dish is always clam chowder. Also various salads, roast beef, ham, rolls, desserts. Yummy. it is nice to do something for my family because I want to instead of them manipulating me into it.:ysmile::ysmile::ysmile::heart::heart::heart::heart:
I do have a very dysfunctional family, but I still love them all. (came from a family with nine siblings, so of course we're dysfunctional.):Karl::Karl::Karl::Karl:

By the way, I get to go to a Christmas party tonight, too! what is everyone else doing and I want to hear more Christmas memories by the time I get back!x
 
Usually cruise with celebrity because they treat u like royalty.

Just leaving wallymart, had a lovely chit chat with an amazing bug earlier, watching season finale of Challenge on mtv tonight after bath with some drinky poos! Pretty great hump day!

I want memories people, memories! At least Dee told us what she doing. :biggrin: that was something.

Teresa and all, I just saw on tv how to supposedly appease the Mayan gods with a certain type of food sacrifice that (with fingers crossed) might save us from the perils predicted for 12.21.12. :rofl: :rofl: I'm not making fun of anyone's beliefs, promise. (it was in an ad. I just want to know if you see it. I just about died laughing. Doug recorded it for me then we played it back two or three times it was so funny.)

It's PG, Bobert took us for a temporary twist. I asked if anyone puts grape jelly in their meatballs, cause you were talking about making meatballs. I make meatballs with bbq sauce and grape jelly and they are deelish.
 
uh oh, if robert took off with my meatball comment I can only imagine what's going to happen with kelbasa .... rofl ... bahahah ... sorry, I'm going to behave on this thread now. Blame it on Mr. A Team for temporarily leading me astray.

Well I remember one christmas me and my cousins axiously waiting for Santa. Btw.. in Finnish tradition Santa comes and brings the gifts on christmas eve. He comes with a big gag of gifts and you have to sing christmas songs to him. So yes.. We were waiting for him.. and looking throug all the different window when up the hill from the sauna by the river walk a sauna elf. He was on his way to the neighbours sauna (so it seemd). But you can just imagine how exiting that was for us kids. And me and my older cousin where old enoug to not really believe.. but that one got us for good. So thats a bit of a fun memory.

All in all I have had wonderful chritmases at my aunts home in the eastern finland countryside (Not too far from russian border). Its alwasy been a winter wonnderland there with lots of snow and a big BIG christmas feast. At most we have had i think 16 people there at onece. This is the first year no one will be going there. :( We will still have a special christmas.. just different. And with less people.

So there you go Sandy.
 
I love remembering whe we were little thinking we heard Santa on the rooftop. But, I never understood how he fit down our chimney because he was fat! I always worried he would n't get down ours with the coal furnace burning, and all that fire and smoke!:eek2:

Reminds me of the story when Santa was visiting the house of the Ball family. He managed to get stuck in the chimney and had to be pulled out by the .................... oh never mind.
 
I am sitting her and my computer is shaking from the wind. Our house is small and our upstairs is like the attic. The wind actually shakes this house when it is strong. Scary!!!! I don't like it!:eek2: :eek:
