Mike wouldn't like that at all. He'd say, I don't want to hear about that! He likes to think of me as a virgin when we met!!!!:eek2::ylol::ylol::ylol::ylol::ylol:poor fellow. Got here about 40 yrs too late!:lol2:

" red sky at night, sailors delight, red sky in morning, sailors take warning" is one old weather forecasting system ( not just local though) if I remember correctly.

Actually, most of those music associations are very innocent, with my first serious crush.

Seems you all have bee busy all weekend. Over 5 new pages. So sorry I dont catch up with it all. Most important thing is I win anyways!

My grandpa passed away last night. If I understood correct he got to go home to have his last hours there. They live on a farm so this was probably important to him. So glad he got to die at home.

Other then that a pretty decent weekend behind. So I win.

I'm back at it. Still procrastinating from homework.
But that sounds really wonderful that your grandfather got to be at home.

Nice try snatching it from me just before I go to bed. But not giving it up just that easy.. still a cup of tea to drink. ;)

My time for Church:
9.30am and 11am. Sunday.
Today I went to 11am.

My church was at 11:00 also, but we have three hours worth of worship and Sunday School. I (we) made it to all three hour's worth today. Good day.

I watched "Finding Bigfoot"! Then "Monsters and Mysteries" on Destination Discovery channel. I hate horror movies and wont watch them. But things that really happen to people I like to form my own opinions. Mike makes fun of me! But he will watch it sometimes too. The Bible was awesome!!!! Anyone else watch it besides Bee??? I hope so. Next Sunday is the last one and I won't be home, so DVR'ing it. Amazing series for anyone.
PS. I win again!:ghug:

My kidneys are taking a pounding from the humira at the moment. I am hoping it settles down.

:ghug: what you said in the humira thread the other day didn't sound good. It sounds miserable. Are you able to see or talk to a doctor soon?

My doctor is on leave all week. So I have been talking with my hospital team: my ibd nurse and she keeps my GI informed.

Me too.Coloured my hair,trimmed hubs hair,juiced (4 carrots,2 apples,1 pear,1 orange),prep'd lunch.tidied up and read daily paper,walked Alfie,and it's only 11-30am.Not looking forward to 1pm walk,not nice out there,but It's ok once you get going......taking the win for hardy (foolhardy !!!) dog owners everywhere.

Not that hardy a dog owner here.. we just spent an hour outside in the sun walking on the ice. Was so nice. Just wish it would warm up a bit more. And as nice as it is walking on the sea.. its about time it started to melt. I want spring!

As long as it doesn't melt while you and Wilho are walking on it Sanni !!!!!! When does YOUR summer start, and how long does it last ?

It's not funny anymore. The novelty wore off a long time ago.As for me laddo.Did you notice he's up to his old tricks.Stirs it up and sits back SMUGLY.......Keep warm Cheryl and stay well.Things can only get better.

Uh oh, was he a trouble maker over the weekend? Kylie must've have been scarce and he was bored....
Am hoping for warmer temps by the end of the week. Sooooo tired of snow and cold, lol! You stay warm as well. I wish I had a fireplace today.

Smug, baiting people - surely you must have mistaken me for someone else. I mean - everyone else knows I am a real gentleman (ask Sanni).

I suppose June is considered summer. Becaus it should be nice and hot by midsummer (june 24) and all through till August is summertime. But we can have really nice weather in September too. The snow should be gone by mid April so that all the streets are cleasred of stones (that is put on the ice) by 1st of May (Mayday selecrations). But it does not look like it. One friend said this is the coldest March we have had in 50 years. And no worries. The ice is still thick so no chance to fall in unles Wilho falls into one of the holes the icefishers make. :D (and he cant really fit into one of them).

Okay that's a good game - let's define a Gentleman -

I hold doors open for ladies - surely that's enough?

Smokes sigars? Is rude? Does NOT hand out chocolates as agreed. ... yeah.. maybe then. Not sure about the holding doors part.

It is like daggers to my heart !

I will give ladies chocs and flowers (sometimes I will not take them back).

A lady pays for nothing in my company (within reason!).

I always listen attentiv .............................. oh look a squirrel!

Its be nice to everybody day today

It's a noble thought Trysha - I will try my best - but you can see how Cheryl and her gang round on me.

I found this great quote

"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced,
the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed,
lest we become bankrupt. People must again learn to work instead of living on public assistance."

All very sensible for today's world - except it was from Rome - Cicero in 55 BC

Morning win. Hubs is snoring away. I have removed my ear plugs, gosh knows why

I am feeling a bit stronger, but that's easy to say lying in bed. Still not that flash on the renal side.

You wouldn't be smarmy Camerons spin doctor by any chance ?? good one.

I am working it just too early to get out of bed. My hospital nurse knows and is keeping specialist informed. I got to get my bloods done nd then phone her on Wednesday

Back from shopping for a dress for the baptism this weekend. My mom said the dresses I had where not suitable... too plain or too "party". So reluctently I had to go shopping (no I am not a shopaholic and often only get things when I need them). Lucky me she paid for it too and we actually found a really nice one. So for that I win.

Nope, I win! Just cause it's Monday....and I hate Mondays. The dog was so warm and sweet, all cuddled up on the couch...made me want to stay there on my lunch hour.

It is an amazing quote.
Didn't know public assistance plans ever existed before the Bevan era!

Robert ---you are quite the historian.
Now it is time for me to win.......

:ghug: for Teresa.

And I will see about pictures. ;) Atleast we will finally have a name for babyboy.

Can't wait to hear what they name him. I bet it will be John!?????

John is not a very Finnish name. Joonas or Joel or Johannes is better for us. All would be good names. I truly have no idea what it will be. But I will let you all know next week. :D
