Hi, I am back at the computer. My pressie to myself this year was an iphone4 - once I get it up and running then I should be here more often, rather than waiting until I get home. I miss you all too. Our weather has been hot although we did have a bad squall the other day. Work is good, cats are great. Constipation sucks and so do I am maintaining my lactulose daily dosage. I know I have to work on it. :D

Sadly i still did not get my laptop!!!!!:voodoo::voodoo::voodoo:

just got back from fishing, nothing like sitting out on the middle of the ocean with a rod in your hand.now for a win.

Teresa, go with the haircolor you like because you are the one who has to carry it with you everywhere you go. Be confident in yourself!

Thanx Bee to you!!! I appreciate it! Hope you are doing great tonight! I am tired but wanted to check in and see who was about. Loves and hugs!!!:heart::heart:

To Dusty and all you who live in Austrailia,
I am so sorry for what you are going thru there with the heatwave and the fires. I am praying for you all, hope it is overwith soon!!!!:heart::heart:T

Thank you so much Teresa for your kind words both here and on Sarah's photo.

We are heading into an awful heatwave next week but the fires are a very long way away from me. I do have friends in Tasmania at Dodges Ferry that have been evacuated and they are safe at present but a very worrying time for all.

Good morning win. Off to see hub's grandma in hospital who was recently sexually assaulted by two orderlies. I'm pissed! Cops are involved but I am gonna tear a strip outta someone.

The sick, twisted people of this world still surprise me....WHAT is the matter with people???????

We need to all pray for the whole of this world because people just don't care anymore about God and his laws. They care about their own needs! So Sad!

I win again! I got four new tops and 2 new jeans and new tennis shoes. Fashionbug is going out of business and I won!!! Happy! I needed some new clothes!:dance::dance:

::Sings to my crohns:: And now I'm back!! From outer space! I just walked in to find you here with that sad look upon your face and I should have know for jsut one second, you'd be back to bother me. Well now, go on now go, walk out the door. Just turn around now, cause your not welcomed any more Weren't you the one, who tried to hurt me with goodbye? Did you think I'd crumble? Did you think I'd lay down and die?

Oh, no, not I, I will survive Oh, as long as I know how to love, I know I'll stay alive I've got all my life to live, I've got all my love to give And I'll survive, I will survive, hey, hey!

Back at uni, woo! Moved back in yesterday, went downstairs this morning and the place was packed with people moving in. Think some parents bought their kid some shopping since he must've had about 15 tesco bags. Not envying him having to get the lift 4/5 times, must've took him ages

4pm.......afternoon Peeps, everywhere.Just had sushi for a late lunch, then a wedge of cream sponge cake to even things up.Don't know why I eat such rubbish,it just seems like it's calling to me,but I can honestly say I rarely enjoy it.I blame the hubby.I'm always trying to keep him sweet.haha........Winning while I catch up on other threads, back later to win again,so save your energy, whoever you are X

I'm grumpy. Decided to start 2013 healthy and get back to exercising. Did the bike, treadmill, push ups, crunches and weights for two days and gained three pounds sigh. Does anyone else have what seems to be a permanently misshaped gut, like swollen in front no matter how much weight you lose and how many crunches? Is a six pack even possible for chronnies?

Working out too hard might not be the best for someone with ½ helth. Start easy and make a workout plan. Dont over do it and use more energy then you get. From your pic you dont look like you need to lose anyu pounds. Muscle weighs more then skin and fat. ;)

I am off to agility. 2.5 week break. Lets see how we perform today.
Laret guys
WIN!

Yep! So glad to be back! Hated it at home :p So boring!

And honestly 3lbs is likely to just be water weight :p Abs is nothing but low body fat and a liiiittle bit of muscle. I know quite a lot of people with 6packs but they don't do anything like crunches, they're just muscular.

That said I'm awful at pushups, I don't really know why. I can deadlift 80kg, bench about 40 safetly but I'm just awful at them :p

I'm good at Captain crunches and that's all I'm sayin !TeeHee! At 55, I'm lucky I can crunch my food!:sign0085:No seriously though. My Gram is 96 in May, never did a crunch or exercise in her life other than housework. She never had a hip or knee replacement. So much for exercise. It wears out the joints just like always doing crap jobs like cleaning etc....has worn out my shoulders ,elbows. hands! As long as you aren't sitting on your arse all day and do some work, you're ok. I don't care what all the health freaks say!:lol2:

Thing is that I am borderline under weight so not really trying to lose just flatten. But even when I lose everywhere gets skeletal looking but my big distended buddha belly.

Hon, That is from crohns. Everyone says that on here. Everytime I eat I look PG. My brother is the same way and most of my fam. None of us have flat guts except one sister who is just lucky coz she eats more than all of us!!!:thumleft:

Some people just have a body build like that. Same here.. my tymmy will never be flat. Other then that I am too skinny. Please dont try do things to lose wight.. if you get sick you will need all the weight you have just to get better again. I keep trying to gain a couple more kg so next time I am sick I can be ok even if my weght goes down a bit.

I had a doctor refuse surgery on me once since i was too underweight.. he put me on a super nutrition supliment diet for like a month or two and did the operation only then. Smart man. At my next operation 3 years later the seams did not hold for that reason and I got sepsis. No small thing weight and nutrition. ;)

Oh and we did Exelent at our agility. I have such a good little boy. :)

The girls aren't the only ones. The last time I had a flat stomach was right after my surgery. Made my pot belly disappear. Nothing else did.

Slow night on here!!!
Did everyone see the new "Creative Word Game" thread yet? Alot of fun!
It goes in alphebetical order and you write a sentence out of the name posted. Then when you do that, right below it post another name in order. Say the name is Johnathan ,then you would go with a name starting with K. Post name and next person trys to make a sentence out of it.:ylol2:

I think you have all been slacking while I was away for a few days. A rather poor effort really. No mentions of Kylie, A team, chocolate and the rest of my favourite things. On the other hand maybe you realise trying to beat me to the prize is pointless?

I just made sushi for lunch. Well I gues not REAL sushi since I had no fish, but some surimi-makirolls. First tiem ever! And they tasted good too!
WIN

hey i never tried that either and now i have a craving ... crap, supposed to be eating healthy starting this week lol

Baked potatos are healthy, lots of vitamins. And the french onion dip instead of sour cream is fantastic....probably not AS healthy, but hey....we have to live a little, don't we?

I'm really trying to limit my carbs though, I'm needing to squeeze into all my fancy cocktail gowns for an April cruise and they are quite snug right now lol. Robert - I think if you are what you eat you are crab lol.

Mmmm nice of you to let me know.

Erm .......... Carol - is there something you would like to share with the team!!!!!!!!

That's a nice table Robert and lovely windows!
Hard to get those nice biscuits here

Hello Trysha,

I have to admit the image was not mine - my chosen lifestyle is more basic. However, plain 'Rich tea' biscuits are my favourite. Actually my entire crockery cupboard consists of: 6 x white dinner plates, 6 x white small plates, 6 x white bowls and 4 x white mugs. Who would need anything else?

True----
Saves worrying about the Royal Albert! ..........

now I am winning

Minimalist......way to go Robert.I'm having a car boot sale in the Spring, before the loft ends up in the lounge.also, everything in the house that hasn't been used for 6mnths or more,is going too.My hubby has been warned. hahaha :hallo3::hallo3::hallo3:

Oh, that would never do for me, Carol, lol! I have boxes upon boxes in the storage part of my basement, things I have saved of the kids, even some of my own things from "back in the day"....things of Mom and Dad's that although I don't put out, I cannot bring myself to part with.

We have it to Cheryl! Go with shades of ash to keep hair from turning red. Avoid golden and honey blondes too! Hope that helps.
Going now to see my grandson! Bye all! Loves!!!!!!

There comes a time in your life when you have to have a clear out,and that applies to every aspect of it.I too, couldn't bring myself to part with my parents much cherished stuff, and stored it for years. Then I realised it was just "stuff" and my memories will always be with me.I'm pretty ruthless now,and not in the least bit sentimental. The stuff I have to go,is whats been replaced with new in the last year or two, rugs, lamps etc. What I don't sell, will get dropped at a charity shop......Then I'll have loads of space to start all over again.

Carol, That is really good of you. I hope I will be able to do that too with all extra things. What freaks me out is that after my grandma died my mom pac-ratted as much as she could from all the old things (res are at her sisters place). I also hate "stuff" and knick nack so once its my turn to inherit I think it will end up in cirqulation to them who need it most too.
