Robert's going skinny dipping with the "A" ??? team. It'll be interesting to see how he keeps his cigar dry eh girls ? :rof::rof::rof:

Merry Christmas everyone. :) thanks for spending time on LOW forum, it's great to enjoy your company and find other chronics and IBDers. Xxx

Merry Christmas to all from the beach. You are the perfect hostess Kirsten, I'll be up when it's light outside and make us all a yummy Christmas breakfast and let you have a break. Thanks to all of you for letting a non-IBDer join your party. I'm just Doug's better half. :) (Right Doug? "Yes, dear.")
At any rate, hugs to all. :ghug:
Ducky, are you at Kirst's place yet?

Strawberry daquiri----non alcoholic....

Happy Christmas to all my friends on the Forum - hmm that will be me then

Still, mustn't be curmudgeonly at Christmas

Merry Christmas

Yes, Kirsti does know how to throw a good party. Merry Christmas to you Robert, even if you think you're your only friend on the forum. :ghug: (3:00 a.m. Utah time Christmas morning win)

I wonder if Santa has been here yet?

Just have to show a pretty shot of the U of U campus in Salt Lake City
at sunset a night or two ago. The valley floors should be snow covered now.

Merry Christmas everyone :)
Well I enjoyed the bubbles, pinot gris, pinot noir, and port. Turkey was great and we even had bread sauce.

Merry Christmas to all my crohnie friends, did any of you make the nice list, or was I the only one?

Merry Christmas All from BC, hoping that you all had a fantastic Christmas with friends and family and that all your wishes came true. Winning - strawberry daquiris are good for me too!

We won't be coming to yours next year - not with that savage dog.

Looking forward to Boxing Day football this afternoon - then for some reason I am working tomorrow (it sounded a good idea at the time) - at least it will be a rest from the mince pies!!!

I expect people will be returning their unwanted cigars........They've had a quick puff to show appreciation then decided.......pooooooh :stinks: NASTY !!!

I ate lots of mince pie...quite tasty. Maine is nice at Christmas time, if we have snow that is. You could all shovel..errr..I mean celebrate here.

and I'll take a thankful I didn't get an obstruction from pigging out yesterday win! Thankful indeed.

Who is celebrating the New Year?
You can all come to my place-----bring snow shovels just in case......
Winning...........

I'll have Doug bring the snow blower... a lot faster than just shoveling. I'll be down by the falls. I'll bet Niagra Falls are beautiful in the winter.

The stars are shining twinkling light
Across the frosted lands of night
Nature's cool beauty once again
Descends to clothe the northern plain
Her cadences of ice and snow
Transform the trees and streets below
With filigrees of frosted lace
And glittering elegance showering grace
The Falls lit up by man's best art
Nothing surpasses Nature's part.

Hope you like this verse Sandy---I just wrote it inspired by your comment.........and
For something entirely different

The Falls are very beautiful in winter and the water freezes into an elegant arc reflecting all the colours

Winning----------

Oh Trysha! That was beautiful! I was trying to place poem that in my limited knowledge base of poets, and then ... it was you! You should write more, and publish! I would buy your book!

Dave, nice try!

Hi all, I'm recovering from all the festivities :). Plus one humira jab. Solid food did not agree with me on Christmas Day such is life.

You take it easy now K., and do what your body tells you.
Thanks for the lush party,it was great fun and the food and drink was amazing.

I lost Robba at the airport,I think customs have him.Probably 'cos he has a shifty, furtive look about him.Have a good rest all.

Maybe Robert was at the palace to receive an award for his cigars----
Hope you will soon feel better Kirsty---- you worked hard for us all and maybe overdid things
I don't know where our snow has gone to it is so mild right now but can change abruptly
Winning

Funny you should say that - I actually have the final Royal Warrant ever granted to the tobacco industry - but you don't have to refer to me as M'Lord - apart from Carol of course.

Anyway the party has to stop - all back to work and try a bit harder to win next year.

I was awake a lot of last night, I was getting bowel cramps in my sleep, that was new one for me. It's hard sometimes, just go hour by hour. Someone's on here if you need company

Think I will close the iPad and listen to some soft classical music and try staying in bed
Otherwise it's the recliner with hot water bottles......
Cheers. And goodnight....
Winning.........

I hope you're both in the Land of Nod now, Sleepless nights are a curse, especially when your mind is over active. I wish my mind was as active during the day as it is in the small wee hours....... Night = Einstein, Day = Goofy. hahaha.

Humans spend 13% of life not focused on anything at all........

As much as that ?. I'm amazed.(and amazing,in case the "A" team are lurking)

Oh,very quick..........I also have a bronze medal for tap dancing.

I packed classes in because we were to do a show and I had to wear a bikini on stage,I was 7yrs old and a real little lady.
Nowadays,if I thought I'd win a prize,I'd tap dance naked with a rose between me teeth.

Alas,nobody asks. hahaha
